Worth every penny!
The chair was extremely easy to put together (very clear instructions with great images). It had much fewer but far sturdier parts than my last chair. On top of that, the price was really good for the quality and it is very comfortable. I work from home and game so I spend a lot of time in the chair and never feel uncomfortable or overheated as I would with faux leather chairs that trap the heat.I did have one small issue, which I worked with customer service on…Near the back of the armrests where your elbow rests, the material was thinner than the rest and I believe some staples used to mount the fabric to the internal frame were put in at the wrong angle, resulting in me getting poked by it. It did not really hurt for more than an instant and was more of a surprise than anything else. The company offered to send me a very cool mat for compensation and allowed me to fix the problem myself without voiding the free 1-yr warranty. They were always quick to respond and helped report the issue to their manufacturing department so hopefully, others won’t have this same problem.Amazing chair and great customer service! 🙂

AMAZING PRESSURE POINTS FOAM! Firm and Plush combo.
Watch video for pressure of the firmness. Very sturdy! 👌 I assembled with a drill and Allen bit. Arm rests perfect height for neck to be supported and back support! No comparison, my last chair was horrible! I can’t believe I sat in that plastic thing. This new chair is surrounded by plush and support for my lower back and neck pain, it’s way better after a days work in the chair. Reclining ability leans back amazingly far and has a leg rest for laying back. But sitting upright man this thing is a game changer. Look at the pressure point bounce back on this chair! It’s like a high quality Nova Mattress! It’s amazing and better than any chair I’ve ever sat in I am not exaggerating and you will know what I mean when you have this chair. Amazing product but shipping broke half the lever
Amazing for the price. Building it was very easy alone and it didn’t take that long and it’s very comfortable. It can be adjusted to how ever I like and it’s very easy to adjust. The reclining goes back a lot farther than I thought. It rolls very smooth on my carpet compared to my other chair and the size of it is very good not too big and not too small. The only problem i had is shipping broke a piece of it.

This chair is so comfortable. As soon as I sat on it, my back felt so relaxed and supported. It is a very smooth texture, kind of velvety? It looks very nice in my office. This took me about an hour and a half to build. My building suggestions/comments if you buy this: Definitely listen to the instructions and do not tighten all screws in each step until you have them all placed in, that way nothing is tilted incorrectly. The hardest part for me was screwing in the back rest to the seat, as the back rest is heavy and I had to hold it and align it properly with one hand while turning the screws with the other. I suggest you ask someone to help you hold it for this part. I had to lay the chair on my bed to do this part by myself. Finally, the foot rest was tough to install, and required much patience. The metal bars did not go into the plastic parts easily. I’ve noticed that with time though the foot rest slides more smoothly. I have no complaints now that I am done, and I highly recommend this for the price. It seems sturdy and good quality. I also love that it has a lock feature for the back reclining.

It’s okay.
Day 1: I’m comparing this to an Emerge brand chair I got from Staples for $170 on sale maybe 5 years ago. It’s still okay but the seat padding is getting flat and my bottom and legs are getting more muscular from the gym and I need a wider seat without intense bolstering. The seat on this one is better but only because it’s new. I do like the padded arm rest over the rubber the Emerge has, however the Emerge has 4D adjustable arm rests which is a more important feature, though I can live without it if the chair has a rocking feature which this chair does not. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this before my purchase.The back on this is very stiff. Like a sheet of plywood. It has padding but it’s very very stiff. The bolstering is thinner, shallower and narrower and not a great match for my growing back-if you have lats stay away. It’s a 100% downgrade from my Emerge.The footrest. Eh. It’s too low and a little too short-I’m 5’8”. I’m not sold on this chair being the ideal replacement. I’m not sure I can return it so I’ll probably just sell it. Fortunately I got it on discount.It’s a reasonable chair for the discount I got ($107), however I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Especially at the full $150 price tag.I’m gonna be real: the people who rate this at 4+ stars…they don’t know what a good chair is. And good for them if this is an upgrade. I get that we’re all in different places. But I’m here to tell you: if you know a thing or two and have experienced truly good chairs, this one isn’t it.

Boyfriend Loves It!
Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I was nervous buying this as I am not a gamer so I wasn’t sure if this was a good brand or not, but he loved it! I sat in it myself and it is very soft and sturdy, and I love the footrest and recline option. I wasn’t there when he put it together but he said it was very easy, and didn’t take long!
