Well made and functional
Fits well at desk, easy to roll chair on and easy to roll onto it if your chair moves off of it. The only downside side was trying to remove all the stickers put on it for shipping.

This chair mat is very durable and holds in place. It’s not a pliable mat so it comes as one piece not rolled which can speak to its quality and functionality. I’ve used others that you can find at local stores but this one blows them out of the water.

Great Quality and No Box!
First off, this was shipped to me without a box. I absolutely love that since it’s less waste and one less box that I have to deal with. The seller must ship it without any packaging because they believe in the quality of their product. Makes sense to me because this mat seems like it will last. I’ve owned a couple of these mats over the years. Amazon used to sell these under their own brand and it wasn’t bad, but it only lasted me about 2 1/2 years and eventually started cracking. I then replaced it with a mat that was far too soft (shipped rolled up) and it slipped all over the place on my carpet. This mat seems quite a bit stronger/firmer than the Amazon mat and stays put on the carpet. No slipping so far, so very happy with it. Hoping it lasts me longer than the Amazon version, but time will tell.

Perfect for a home office
This is the perfect size for under my standing desk. It is not super thick, but is strong & keeps it shape well even when sitting on a chair on it for long periods of time. It stays put on carpet. Great value for money.

It really does hold up without denting or cracking.
It’s great! I took the stickers off, laid it down where my old was located… happy as a clam! It’s pretty thin, but tough and strong. My chair rolls smoothly on it’s surface, even though the casters are hard thermoplastic. There are no divets made by the wheels and as a result my chair doesn’t get stuck.

Wanted: Gorilla Mat. Got: Mat Broken by Gorilla.
I had high hopes for the Gorilla Grip Office Chair Mat—after all, it’s got “Gorilla” in the name, so I expected some serious toughness. Unfortunately, mine must have wrestled a real gorilla in transit because it arrived with a break in the corner, leaving behind two sharp edges that looked like they were ready to take on my socks.To add to the adventure, there were multiple scratch marks across the surface, as if it had been pre-tested by a pack of hyperactive office chairs. While I appreciate the “rugged” aesthetic, I was hoping for a smooth and intact mat to protect my carpet, not something that looks like it’s already seen battle.That said, the design itself seems solid, and I bet a non-wounded version would work great. But given the state of mine, I’ll be returning it—preferably before it gets any ideas about slicing my foot.Final verdict: Probably a great product, just not in its current “battle-scarred” form. Hoping for better luck next time
