Arrived defective – Bad battery – Turns off immediately when unplugged.
Laptop turns off INSTANTLY when unplugged. Running a battery report yields no results, it’s almost like the battery isn’t installed. My little girl is very disappointed, but I’ll have to return this. Bad laptop batteries could be a fire hazard. I strongly recommend avoiding this laptop.

Way overpriced for performance, it overheats very quickly and needs to stay plugged in to operate.
