Overall good product
First the bad.1. The massager was not worth the additional money. It is a weak vibrator.2. Basic Frame, If not careful 1. can tip over, 2. can break.3. You will want to replace the caster legs with wheels.4. The chair is lower than I expected but not terrible.The Good:1. The chair is well cushioned.2. The lumbar support is excellent3. The chair is comfortable4. The puches are nice, theOverall, the product price should be less than $219 but again, not a bad product for the money. I am a week into the chair and have used it in different fashions and it is not a computer chair, it is a tv/gaming chair.

More trouble than it’s worth
The chair itself is very comfortable when reclined. The massaging feature is very weak. As for the speakers, terrible! It lasted almost 2 days then went out. We had to disconnect the speaker wires to use the massager or else loud and annoying screeching sounds constantly went off through the speakers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.
