Great Puppy Sitter Camera!
We are pretty pleased with these cameras. We bought them to keep an eye on our puppy when we leave her alone in the house. She’s just reached the age where we can do that on short errands so we thought that being able to see what she does will help us make the house comfortable and safe for her.The camera works great for this purpose! We bought a pack of 2 but have only used one so far. The setup and connection to our wifi network was simple and easy and we had the camera online in a very short time.The app that comes with it allows us to see the live video and to manipulate the camera. The app was easy to install and set up. The controls in the app are easy to use. The video is clear and bright.One of the impressive features of the camera is the “following” feature. Our dog is small and the camera accurately follows her movements across the entire range of motion. We tried out the audio function to talk to her but that confused her so we don’t use that feature much but it is very useful otherwise.

Fantastic Camera and Customer Support
If you are looking for a good, quality camera, this is it! If you are wanting AMAZING Customer Support with it, this is 110% the one you want! We had a connection issue with ours and I will say they got back quickly with troubleshooting suggestions, which at first still didn’t solve the issue, but they didn’t stop there! They continued to give suggestions until it did work. They want their customers to be happy with their product, which is rare to see in this current day of products. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking and will purchase from them again when we need to.

I like these cameras but….
I have three of these cameras the first one I have in my window for over a year with no problems at all . The two I got yesterday is another story first one paired fine worked strait away no prob . The other one paired worked strait away then 5 min later cam is offline and have to reset camera and 5 min or so later offline again no mater how many times i reset it always goes off line . After my last interaction with amazon rep I will not waist my time trying to get a replacement . Update I received replacement and it worked as expected . Customer care was on point and friendly and very helpful .

Customer Service and Overall value
These cameras are a great affordable option to use anywhere in your house. Their app is very straightforward and easy to use, plus you can share it with others. That has been incredibly useful when I have my dog nanny staying home when I travel. The motion sensor could be worked on but I think is an overall problem with all cameras. The other expensive security system that I have often had the same problem with is that it identifies the movement a couple of seconds too late and the overall recording of movement captures the last few seconds of the thing that triggered it.In essence, the quality of video is great, night vision is great and you get a lot of pros for the price.Customer service was excellent, I bought my 3rd pair last October and one of the cameras started to show a “black dot” in the image. I reached out and in less than 24 hrs I got a reply back. With only two emails exchanged they informed me that I would get a replacement in the mail in a couple of days and provided the tracking and expected delivery date.

Great product
Despite one camera not working three months after I purchase, I’m pretty happy with these cameras. Talking with support to help fix the issue, Fannie walked me through step by step. And when we figured it was the cable and not the camera, I was able to get a partial refund so I could purchase a new cord. The recommend this camera. Especially if there’s pets you wanna keep an eye on.

Happy with device
It is a great camera to keep an eye out for misconduct with my father’s assistant. I can also keep an eye on my father and talk to him through the device. Customer service is great. Melody even followed up making sure everything is working. Will definitely recommend!

This is exactly what i was looking for – and got more than i expected.Needed for dog-sitting for those times you just have to run our for short errands or lunch. Excellent way to keep an eye on them while away.The video is in real-time and the sound for me is fantastic. You can hear them barking (very clearly!) and even hear the tv in the background.I can easily switch between the 2 i received and set up – upstairs and downstairs. And the console controls are fantastic, easy to use and allow you to see “ruffly” the whole room. Left – right – up & down!And – all this without subscription!If more features are needed – then subscription is required (ie: recording)I highly recommend this product and find it to be a fantastic value for the price.It gives me the peace of mind i need when i have to step away.

It works for my needs
I have family that had purchased these and appreciate the ability to check in with the 2-way talk and the ease of use.The camera works for keeping an eye out our window. There is a lot of glare in the evenings from the window reflection at night and I ended up turning off the night time vision mode. Leah from their customer checked in. Everything is ok at this time. I have not had trouble with connectivity, size is fine. Having access to 9 second videos was a little annoying when I was searching through for my MIA cat that I ended up paying for storage thinking I would have access to the rest of the videos during that time, but saved videos on the cloud storage started from the time of purchase. Recording quality is ok.

The good:Image quality for price is ok better than ezviz but not as good as cococamthe device is smallusb CThe Bad:where do i start?i could never get it to connect to alexa or google at alli was lucky if i can even connect to the camera on wifi so many connection issuesonly mobile app , cant use windows client or anything other than a mobilesettup was not simpleapp was poor quality and not intuitiveBuy if:you want a frustrating camera experienceim sorry if i could give this a good review i would but im just being honest there is better options . and my advise is before you buy the camera look at the app store review of the camera app.
