Comfortable for any position
I was initially nervous to purchase this chair given the high price and lack of reviews, but after trying and failing to find anything similar, I decided to take the plunge and buy it. I only received my chair today, but I’m already in love!Arrival and assembly: The chair came well packaged, with clearly labeled, easy to follow instructions and a video demonstration, including several reminders detailing how to contact customer service with any issues. My partner helped me with the last assembly step to set the chair up right, but otherwise I had no issues putting the chair together on my own.First impression: It looks lovely and professional, while still being incredibly comfortable, even without the extra features like the footrest, adjustable arms, and tilt function. I work entirely from home, and I’m not imagining any problems working long hours in this chair or using it to lounge and game. I can see what another reviewer meant by the footrest being a little fickle to slide in and out, but that might ease up with use and a little elbow grease. It also doesn’t seem to have a big height adjustment, if that’s something you need to consider, but it’s perfect for me (5’3 for reference). The tilt is great as well. It can be left free to move or locked in place as needed. Even better and the main reason I wanted this chair – I LOVE the adjustable arms! I wanted something that provided the comfort of a standard ergonomic office chair with arm support, but could also allow me to easily switch sitting positions and accommodate my small dogs who love to lay on my lap while I work. This does just that!The chair feels sturdy, can accommodate people big or small, and appears to have been built with functionality in mind. The leather will also be much easier to clean than the many stained fabric and mesh chairs I’ve used in the past. I’m opptimistic to see how this chair holds up over time – so far, it seems well worth the money!

Comfortable, unique, plus easy assembly
I typically avoid things made in China, but this was the only chair I saw with foldable arms. I always sit with my feet up and this chair looked like the perfect enabler for all the (horrible) ways I sit.I was surprised at how clear and well done the instructions were, too. Clearly printed contact information for missing or damaged pieces, plus extra bolts were included.The chair was well-packed and the box was smaller than I expected. Got a little beat up through shipping but nothing pierced it and the chair was intact.I can’t speak to longevity yet, but after assembling and trying it out so far, I’m very happy with it. Seems well-made, comfortable, the leather is very soft, and it’s well padded. I hope it lasts a long time.

This is for people who want to sit criss-cross in their chair
This should be the viral criss cross chair. It’s comfortable, with lots of room to fold your legs up and change positions. The footrest makes it even better, providing a stable platform to bend yourself into all kinds of positions. I had room for my fat cat to curl up next to me and sleep while I worked.I am 5’9″ and this is plenty tall for me. It leans back comfortably, and overall I couldn’t be more pleased with this chair. The packaging was great, and everything arrived in good condition, with all pieces accounted for.

Great chair, until it wasn’t (Broken Gas Rod – Returned)
I was a bit skeptical about buying this chair seeing very few reviews, I still went ahead and bought it. Overall, it is a great chair. It’s essentially a recliner on wheels. It’s super comfortable and the added foot rest and adjustable arm rests are not cheap gimmicks, they work as intended. I love sitting cross legged at my desk and this chair accommodates my needs, easily.The packaging leaves a bit to be desired – came in pretty battered and barely held together. I was surprised to see no damage to product.UNfortunately, very early on, it was clear to me that the gas rod was faulty and resulted in a wiggle in the chair. Customer service sent instructions to replace the rod as well as a new gas rod. Unfortunately, they sent the incorrect replacement model (it was smaller) and the gas rod was impossible to remove from the base of the chair. I took a mallet to it for over 15 minutes with no luck.Great chair spoiled by a faulty part, from the great country of China. Refunded.What an absolute waste and disappointment.

I am super picky and this chair is perfect. It’s just as described. I usually never write reviews, but this one deserved it.Not only is the chair amazing but so was the customer service. I reached out to support before purchasing and spoke with Sara who was super helpful and sent me a thoughtful response. It made me feel more comfortable with my purchase.The material has no smell out of the box. The directions were clear and super detailed. The tools were so comfortable to use (there’s a handle on the Allen wrench that makes it super comfortable to use). Assembly took me ~25mins. I did it during my lunch break. The recline is awesome. Height is perfect for me. I’m 4’11” and really wanted something that wasn’t too tall for me and something small enough for my small space. This chair is it. The adjustable arms also let me sit in whatever position is comfortable, making it deal for work, gaming, lounging, you name it.It’s pricey, but the quality is well worth every penny.

I’m very picky and took a while choosing this chair. Assembly was easy with another person (it was easier at some parts of putting it together holding it upside down). I did hit a snag with missing pieces to attach the foot rest. I reached out to the email on the instructions and received a response that same day. The parts were delivered to me within the week and now, I live in this chair. I love that it reclines with the foot rest, love that the sides lay flat so I can meditate comfortably, and love the cushiness of the chair itself.
