Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money!Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could.Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair.

Broke in 10 months
I loved the chair until the base went from sturdy to wobbly. I can’t still for long and this chair couldn’t handle the excess movement I guess. One day I leaned back to pop my back like I did on several occasions and it tipped winding me on the floor in the chair with the base still sitting with all wheels on the ground. Once I was able to get out of the chair and get on my feet the chair wouldn’t sit up right again and the 2 month battle since it has now formed into a stool that moves around like I am on an exercise ball. Considering I found $40 chairs that hold up for yrs this one just really seems overpriced at $200 and I couldn’t even use it 1 full yr

Pros-good quality for cost-features work as intended-nice color options-easy to assembleCons-not the most comfortable chair-foot rest feels a little flimsyOverall I’m pleased with this chair. I needed one for my gaming setup that didn’t break the bank. Compared to competitors at this price range, this one has the features I was looking for. Definitely could be more comfortable. One thing to note is it’s fairly small. I’m a skinny man and fit comfortable however a larger person might find this chair too narrow. I recommend for this looking to make a gaming setup on a budget.

I really like this chair and I’m glad I bought it. It was easy to put together (under an hour) and everything works well (back adjustment, up/ down lever, massage pillow). I’ve had it for two weeks now and the only thing I don’t like is it’s not super soft or comfy for 6-8 hours while working at a desk. I usually end up adding a pillow by day’s end (but if you like a stiff seat that might be a pro?) Will update if I run into any future issues!

It’s a nice chair, seat is a little tough but I guess it’s because it’s still new. Assemble instructions could be better because I spent more time guessing what to do next because the instructions weren’t clear.

The chair was awesome, looks great and comfortable the instructions are a bit hard to read and pictures are not clear because of the size, but once you figure it out its a really nice chair for the price. I can see how people can misplace the Hardwear because it looks like a piece of cardboard my suggestion to the company is to use a bright colour of card board to make it more noticeable in the box but overall I’m very happy with my purchase my son loves it

Upon delivery had punctures in material we overlooked. Was reasonably comfortable to begin with, but within less than a year after delivered the base malfunctioned, and is now terrifying to try to sit on. No longer offers any support when sitting on it, the seat shifts in all directions and feels like it will collapse at any moment. Had to go out and buy new chair today as window for return or support is closed in less than a year from date of delivery. Overall one of the worst products I have ever purchased considering the price, and not supported for even a year.

Fairly easy to assemble it gives you a chart in the bottom of the box and a hex key to assemble, chair works well however I have a gripe as some of the screw holes were not punched properly forcing me to create my own screw openings. Pads are good for posture and the chair itself looks great, leather fully intact and no serious damage other than the few screws that were an inch off on the backplate. I had difficulty with instruction 6 as it did not say put screw in large hole when assembling the bar that looks kind of like a ratchet so it took me a few minutes to figure out what I was supposed to do with it. Other than that color is good, however the lumbar massager in my opinion is a waste of money as it doesn’t really do a good job, but it is firm and does an average job. Another problem I had is that the footrest does not feel sturdy, it feels like it has too much flex. nonetheless this chair has it all for the price and is in my opinion a well above average buy.
