Everything is adjustable, this chair allows you to adjust from your neck to shoulder, to back, to waist, and arm to suit your body. Every part of them are designed to fit your body just like your own custom chair. I am 5 feet 7, and this is the first time that I feel my chair is designed for my height, and even if you are 6 feet tall, it shouldn’t be a problem fitting your body. The neck support helps you feel relaxed by leaning on it, which is actually very helpful. The waist support wraps your waist around and provides a sense of security when you turn sideways or lean on the side. I purchased the white color to match my bedroom, absolute modern looking. The feeling of watching videos and leaning back on the chair is better than the chair in AMC. Finally, yes I would recommend the Ergonomic Chair for those that sit for a long time every day.Assembly was straightforward, the chair looks sleek and modern, and the quality is excellent for the price. Package came quickly. The chair was packed in a much smaller box than I thought it would be. It was compact and well protected. The chair was a breeze to put together. I think I had it done in less than 15 minutes. You will not need any tools as everything you need comes in the box.The chair is pretty comfortable overall. I would like for the neck rest to come out a bit more but overall that is the only complaint. I love how the armrest move fully up and out of the way. The seat of the chair has a nice cushion.I got the chair in black.If you are looking for a good chair on a budget this is one I would recommend.

A good chair in general
This Ergonomic Office Chair is in general, a good and comfortable chair. Its quality is not bad, and the instructions are very detailed and clear to understand.There are a few things I think can be further improved: First, it had a smell when I opened the package. Second, my seat pan seemed slightly crushed when I received it. By the way, in instruction step 4, I think instead of using bolt A, actually using bolt B + washer makes more sense. Otherwise, it is not very likely to assemble it to make the adjustment knob work.Overall, I believe it’s a good chair, but there is room for improvement in quality.

I appreciated that everything was well-labeled and straightforward.Comfortable Design: The chair provides good general support, and the mesh material is breathable, which is great for long hours of sitting.Aesthetics: The black and silver design gives the chair a sleek, modern look that fits nicely in my workspace.Cons:Non-Functional Lumbar Adjustment Button: The rear turning button on the backrest appears to be designed for lumbar firmness adjustment, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work. I tried removing and reinstalling it multiple times to ensure I hadn’t made an error during assembly, but it remained non-functional. This was disappointing, as lumbar support is an important feature for me.Firmness Adjustment Limitations: Without the lumbar adjustment working, the chair’s back support is less customizable than I had hoped.Final Thoughts: While this chair offers a comfortable and visually appealing option for long hours at a desk, the non-functional lumbar adjustment button detracts from its overall value. This is a great option for a lighter, smaller framed person. It’s got good adjustable lumbar support. It moves vertically and forward and back. The backrest is a decent mesh that’s breathable and supportive. Actually great value for the money a d was simple to assemble.
