Received quickly assembly was easy except the last piece it rolls very good they put a lot of thought in designing the base along with the chair it’s self it make the whole chair feel very comfortable the adjustment is very nice up and down works well the back support is very good reclining is okay to lock it in there is only one setting set the lock is very easy it doesn’t make hardly any noise adjust rolling the head adjustment is easier standing up the chair where you sit is very nice where you dit and get up doesn’t make an impression or doesn’t sag over a period of time the arm rest move up and down very easy the stay in place they don’t fall down when least expecting to the size of the chair isn’t that big I can still get through the door way over all it’s an amazing chair the quality the material I highly recommend this item for a solid chair
