Chair is very nice. Replaced two small screws. Were too short.
I really like the look and feel of this chair. Being able to adjust all areas is a plus. My only con is the two small, black screws that connect the cover to the back of the chair. They are too short to fully secure the cover. Luckily, I keep a variety of screws as back up for different items. I would suggest finding some screws twice the length of the screws that come with the chair. Other than that, it’s a really nice chair.

Hard as a rock. Too small. Cheap construction.
I’m 5 ft 7 inches and weigh less than 150 lbs and this chair is too small for me. It’s the hardest office chair I’ve ever sat it. No padding on the arm rests. The head rest and lumbar can be adjusted but the cheap construction of the parts won’t keep them in place. Like some of the other reviewers the plastic cover on the back won’t fit no matter what I do. Would not recommend. This is what I get for trying to save money. Do not waste your money spend a few dollars more and get a decent chair.

This chair was easy and quick to put together!! The instructions are clear and its so comfortable, the back support on it is incredible and feels amazing. For this price its so worth it. Its smaller than my other one ane more comfortable. The build quality is pretty good!
