The best keyboard ive had… BUT…
I love this keyboard, while its not metal, the plastic is VERY high quality and super sturdy, and it sounds AMAZING.The only issues I’ve had with this is opening it, which is hard to do, and feels almost illegal because there’s no screws, and the awful software and lighting choices. The lighting choices are plenty, but you cant have multiple and its very minimally customizable.

The keyboard has a great layout for someone not wanting to sacrifice certain function keys. The feel of it is AMAZING. Very “creamy” sounding. It goes to sleep if not used for a minute to conserve battery, which is nice. I wish there was a way to adjust the time it takes to sleep, but that’s a small inconvenience, if at all.

Beautiful but hefty
Very nice keyboard. It’s my first mechanical one and it seems sturdy, good quality, and the sound is a bit loud but like other reviews I may try installing silent switches. The only main gripe I have is that it is SO HEAVY compared to my previous keyboard. I weighed it and it came in at just under 3 pounds.

I dont usually write reviews, but i had to come tell everyone about this Keeb. Its fantastic. I got it, on sale and less than half of my usual daily driver Ducky One 3. This board blows the Ducky out of the water and its really not even close. I think Im going to have to replace all of the Cherry MX Clear switches in the Ducky to whatever is in this board. It’s that good.

Zero Key was messed up upon arrival
When the keyboard arrived the zero keycap was offset and sticking. I was able to fix the stabilizers and get the zero back on track but it still sounds like its scraping on something. The other switches sound and feel pretty good but I expected more from this brand. I have bought several other Aula and Epomaker keyboards but this one was disappointing.

I’ll preface this review with this being my first mechanical keyboard but I have seen and typed on friends and family mechanical keyboards, so I have had the privilege of trying other brands as well, such as steelseries, logitech, and razer.I was pleasantly surprised when I received this keyboard considering it is in the lowerish price bracket of mechanical keyboards.Initial impressions:- it has a great weight to it; it does not feel cheap to me.- many reviews speak to a cheap feeling plastic, but personally I think they may say that as in comparison to an actual metal keyboard. I’ve definitely seen cheaper plastic, and the weight of the board makes you forget altogether about plastic.- I’ll be using the keyboard corded, however the Bluetooth and dongle options are greatly appreciated, and I’m certain the battery can hold it’s own.- the sound of the keys is buttery and has some volume (I’m used to gummy membrane keyboards or hollow cheap sounding office keyboards), and is extremely satisfying as they do not feel hollow as the board is well dampened.- at a sitting position, all the key notations are easily visible.- the RGB is not as customizable as I would have thought (unless I’m missing something) but overall I enjoy the available options.- I think I’ll have a bit of a learning curve as the keys are taller than my previous board.I would make this purchase again and recommend it on first impressions. Time will tell on the longevity of the board, but I can’t currently forsee any issues.*** Remember to go online to EPOMAKER and download the aula F99 Pro Driver, more customization is available such as the gimmick of making the lights dance to music. I think it’s fun but I’m not sure how much I’ll use that function. ***

Principalmente me decidí por este teclado porque buscaba uno que tuviera el numpad (lo uso bastante) y que fuera de switches lineales (no me gusta el sonido de los azules o clicky). Me encantó el sonido de este teclado porque es cremoso y un poco grave.El teclado es algo pesado, pero se siente bien. También tiene 3 niveles de ajuste de inclinación, pero lo que me pareció raro es que no tenga un botón de encendido o apagado. En la caja venía encendido.Con el software del teclado pude configurar las teclas para hacer otra función, por ejemplo PGdn la uso como el suprimir, los botones de arriba azules los uso para multimedia y el home para capturas de pantalla. Lo único que no pude configurar fueron las teclas F1, F2, F3… etc., no sé por qué pero no me dejaba el software.En cuanto al RGB, no me parece un punto muy importante debido a que ya dejé atrás la época de configurar cada led del teclado jaja pero me parece que tiene suficientes y variados colores y efectos, sin duda me ayuda a ver las teclas de noche, lo malo es que las keycaps no son translúcidas, por lo que sigue costando un poco verlas en ambientes con poca luz.Me gusta el detalle de la perilla, se puede subir y bajar el volúmen o tambien el brillo del teclado.En cuanto a los modos de conexión, funcionan perfecto. Me gustaría que vendieran las keycaps blanco y negro por separado, ya que no encontré el teclado en blanco y negro cuando lo compré.

Nach längerer Suche nach der perfekten mechanischen Tastatur bin ich auf die EPOMAKER X Aula F99 PRO gestoßen. Zuvor hatte ich eine mechanische Tastatur, die so laut war, dass sich meine Freunde im Discord beschwert haben. Aus Frust bin ich wieder zu meiner alten Logitech-Membrantastatur gewechselt. Aber der Wunsch nach einer neuen, leiseren mechanischen Tastatur blieb – und ich muss sagen: Diese hier hat mich überzeugt!Positiv:Das Tippgefühl ist einfach fantastisch. Die Haptik der Tastatur, besonders die Oberfläche der Tasten, fühlt sich unglaublich hochwertig an. Aber das Beste ist der Anschlag: So ein befriedigendes Tippgefühl hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. Der Sound der Tasten ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Jetzt verstehe ich endlich, was Leute meinen, wenn sie von diesem typischen “Thock”-Sound sprechen – ein angenehm dumpfes, sattes Geräusch, das nicht zu laut, aber extrem befriedigend ist.Der 8000mAh-Akku hält gefühlt ewig. Selbst bei intensiver Nutzung musste ich bisher kaum ans Aufladen denken. Auch die Reaktionszeit ist für mich absolut top – sei es beim Arbeiten oder beim Zocken, die Tastatur reagiert schnell und präzise.Ich bin so überzeugt von der Tastatur, dass ich ernsthaft darüber nachdenke, sie mir ein zweites Mal für meinen Arbeitsplatz zu kaufen. Das spricht wirklich für die Qualität und das Tippgefühl, das sie bietet.Negativ:Wer es leicht mag, könnte das Gewicht der Tastatur als Nachteil sehen. Sie ist wirklich schwer, was für den Transport nicht ideal ist. Mich persönlich stört das aber nicht, im Gegenteil – sie wirkt dadurch stabil und hochwertig.Ein klarer Minuspunkt ist allerdings die Software. Das Design ist alles andere als einladend und macht nicht wirklich Lust, sich damit auseinanderzusetzen. Glücklicherweise braucht man die Software nur, wenn man spezielle Makros oder ähnliche Funktionen nutzen möchte. Für den normalen Gebrauch ist sie also verzichtbar.Ein weiterer Punkt, der für viele im deutschsprachigen Raum relevant ist: Die Tastatur gibt es nur im QWERTY-Layout. Das ist definitiv ein Nachteil, wenn man das deutsche QWERTZ-Layout gewohnt ist. Für mich war die Tastatur aber so gut, dass ich mir das QWERTY-Layout einfach angewöhnt habe. Nach kurzer Zeit wusste ich, wie man ä, ö, ü mit ¨ + a, o, u tippt, und mittlerweile finde ich das internationale Layout sogar besser. Wer sich damit nicht anfreunden kann, sollte jedoch lieber die Finger davon lassen.Fazit:Die EPOMAKER X Aula F99 PRO überzeugt mit einem herausragenden Tippgefühl, einem angenehmen Sound und einem Akku, der gefühlt nie leer wird. Das hohe Gewicht und die mittelmäßige Software könnten stören, sind aber für mich keine Dealbreaker. Das Fehlen eines QWERTZ-Layouts ist ein echter Nachteil, aber wer offen für das QWERTY-Layout ist, wird mit dieser Tastatur richtig glücklich. Für mich war es die Umgewöhnung auf jeden Fall wert – so sehr, dass ich sie mir sogar ein zweites Mal für meinen Arbeitsplatz zulegen möchte!

El sonido de los switches al escribir son súper creamy, he probado varios teclados pero este es el que más me gusta con respecto al sonido, la conectividad es muy buena.Como pega diré que el cable no le hace justicia, es un cable normal ni trenzado ni nada, y encima blanco me esperaba un cable más chulo con lo que cuidan las estética del teclado.También diré que es un teclado ANSI no ISO, o te haces a ella o escribir se te va a hacer complicado porque no tiene Ñ, pero bueno te puedes acostumbrar y poner la Ñ presionando shift + N.
