Excellent tool for hard to reach inspections

Works out of the box, App is easy to use
Used this to look down a sewer cleanout to make sure water was going where it needed to go. Image is clear and flashlight is bright on the highest setting. You can take a photo or video which is nice. Would recommend to anyone wanting a solid, budget-friendly plumbing camera. All is well in Candyland.

I’m very happy with this borescope. It’s very easy to connect and use. I downloaded the app to my android phone, and it connects immediately when the scope is connected.The light is very bright, and the images come through clearly. Well worth the money!

Great Tool at a Great Price
I needed to determine if a dishwasher was leaking thru to the subfloor due to some flooding issues (you couldn’t tell if it was the sink or the dishwasher water lines). I bought this for $30.00 and decided to see if I could get a peek without pulling the dishwasher out. I loaded the software and practiced at my house a few times before heading to the customer. It worked great! I was able to feed it thru some small holes in plywood to get to the sub floor. The probe came with a light and I was able do a “remote” sub floor inspection in less than one hour!. In addition the phone app allowed me to take pictures and send them to the home insurance adjuster increasing the water damage claim Its a great handy tool – I bought a plastic hard case to store it and now I keep it in my traveling special tools bag. I know I will find another use for it and it take up no space in my bag. I would buy again.

Simply Awesome
Didn’t think a tool could be so cool. Dropped some debris in my motorcycle gas tank. This made retravels so seamless. Clear video easy to set up and worked wonderfully.

Decent product for the price.
Very easy to use, decent image quality. The record and snapshot function are nice. Bought this to try and find a coolant leak on the back side of an engine. While the LEDs on it are fairly bright for up close stuff or in really dark areas, it does not do that great if it’s very bright outside AROUND the area you are trying to view but what you’re attempting to see is in a darker spot… I wound up having to use an additional flashlight to get enough light back there to see properly. I’d normally reduce a star for that issue but honestly it wasn’t bad enough to complain that much. I just wanted to put it out there for others who are looking at buying it. I do like how it’s got both a forward facing and a side facing camera in the head, that’s quite handy for seeing stuff that’s at an odd angle to where the “snake” is pointing.All in all it’s a good value for the price. Don’t expect super high quality compared to those $1k borescopes that are out there, but for how much it costs and how easy it is to use you really can’t go wrong with it. (Also if you break it, you aren’t out a lot of money, so that’s a plus)

Clear picture, easy to use and helpful
We ordered this to check on mice activity in our upper attic between the rafters. It was very easy to use as it connects directly to your phone. Because it is so small, only needed to drill a small hole through the wood to get the cord through, which was also a benefit! It saved us money and gave us the information we needed without having to cut through big pieces of wood to see what was going on.
