This chair is very comfortable. It reclines like a recliner, it turns, but it does not rock. When the leg rest is pulled out, also comfortable, so rocker mode is not missed. The back rest can be adjusted back to 150 degrees and locked in place. Assemble was simple enough, the chair is stable. When the leg rest is extended, it may feel flimsy, but it’s not, though if a lot of weight were to be applied, it could either bend rods or break the ABS support. The screws did loosen, So I tighten them tighter. If they loosen again, I’ll apply locktight on the threads. The chair is definitely worth buying and keeping.

Great Gaming chair for an affordable Price
This is a review after 6 months of everyday use of this chair, which i really enjoy. It is fairly inexpensive, as far as chairs go, and actually offers great bang for the buck. I am about 5’9″ 190lbs, and it hasn’t wore out yet and remained comfortable. it has been a superb gaming chair, as well as for office things, and just kicking back watching streams, or tvThe packaging, and assembly instructions were pretty straight forward, all necessary tools and fasteners were included. it only took me about 10 minutes to assemble. I started with the base, then the bottom seat and mount plate, then the back and connector. Then i put the seat on the base and lift tube, connected the back and bottom, then the arms, and last the cushions. It went well.The chair is very comfortable, and the controls were very fluent, and marked well. The vinyl was soft and supple, the stitching has held up well, and the design popped with looks. Lumbar and top pads have given me great support, as well as the added massage mechanism, which i plugged into an old phone charging USB.I really enjoy the way the arms swivel back when reclining, as well as the slide out foot rest, which is padded as well and matches the chair theme.All in All i am very very pleased. This is a great chair for this price point, and a lot more sturdier than i first thought it would be, and many others in this price range.I would buy this chair again

It was really easy to put together and it works the way it’s supposed to. It had the right amount of cushion for me as well. The arms just seem a little flimsy but they are solid. And the leg rest seems like it may break but it’s still sturdy. I definitely would buy again.

This chair is 10x better than both of the other kinds I’ve gotten before. The two problems I’ve had aren’t an issue for this (thin seat pad, and bell housing underneath cracking and breaking) This chairs framing underneath are all flat and angled metal. No round metal to stress crack, and a very thick seat pad. This thing is built like a rock compared to others. no bolts stripped out in assembly. Long bolts where they need to be. the armrests are a little flimsy and shouldn’t be pressed on too hard to the side, but don’t seem like they would break from pushing down on them. There aren’t any goofy side rails along the seat to collect dust crumbs and ash. The tilt function works well and the leg rest is pretty clever and works fine. Lumbar is adjustable and head pillow is large and comfy, has to be stretched a bit extra to fit over the top as the holes it’s usually strung through are far to low for a neck pillow for someone 6 foot tall. but it stretches over the top just fine with a little motivation.If it falls apart in less than a year I’ll be back to update and complain

MOST ABSOLUTE GARBAGE PRODUCT & TERRIBLE SUPPORT
I’ve had enough.Summary: Defective item, deceitful, unresponsive, and unprofessional.Before I write this review, I want to preface it by stating that I’ve been using Amazon for nearly 15 years and have never left a single review. However, I’ve realized it’s my responsibility to share my experience with future buyers.In short, I received a DEFECTIVE ITEM that was damaged after only a few months of use. Their page clearly stated that the chair is designed to bear loads of up to 330lb (a weight I am NOWHERE near), and that it should last for more than 2 years. So, seeing the item break after only a few months of use when I paid nearly $200 is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for a full refund, but they kept delaying the process, so I asked for replacements. However, all they did was write back to me with a short, generic response just to avoid that 48-hour window for customers to file an A-to-Z claim.This company lacks accountability. I’m fed up with waiting for their generic responses to the point where they even made me log in just to write my very first review for the product I bought on Amazon.

Very easy to assemble with the included instructions. Took me about 20 minutes. Lumbar massage pillow is a huge bonus as I have lower back issues. This chair is very good quality. Not sure about all the negative reviews. I am 250 pounds and 5ft10 and this chair is super comfortable and solid. The arms are solid too. I think the people complaint of that installed the arms incorrectly or didn’t tighten them properly. Overall very happy with my purchase. I feel confident this chair will last a long time. Plus it has a one year warranty.

After wrestling with the package of screws and washers for 15 mins, assembly was completed in 90 minutes….!!Returned next day because manufacturer created one of the screw holes too BIG and the left lower part of the L armrest suddenly came apart and if I hadn’t had the footrest out, I would’ve fallen out of the chair. So not only defective, but dangerous. Ample seating room, but that doesn’t matter when you feel like ur sitting on a vibrating rock when using the 1 speed “massaging lumbar support”.Don’t buy this just cuz it’s cheap and will hold 330lbs. Just don’t.
