This miniature gaming console is actually really fun to use
This gaming console looks pretty cool and has a ton of games on it. Just be aware that the console only comes with one controller even though the pictures show two controllers in some of the photos. The manufacturer says that you can add more controllers to the console if you want to buy another one but it does not come with two to begin with just one and there’s no way to play the console to play with two players without having to controllers that you would then buy from the manufacturer. You can’t plug in your own devices into this so that you can get two players so just be aware that you will be paying extra money for the option of two players. The screen looks okay but the novelty of it being a miniature TV and a retro controller does work in its favor. Everything works right out of the box there was no problem how it functioned and all the games that I’ve played so far work fine.

Graphics are better on the small green tv
The little green TV looks retro which is cool. Power button on the TV turns and powers the device. There are lots of games but they are ones you will not recognize as they are what I believe are chinese ROMS. Graphics on the green TV look good and play fairly well. Connecting to my TV was easy using the RCA cable they include but the graphics didn’t look to good on the TV and I didn’t want to take the time to possibly adjust it to make it look better. Controller worked pretty well. Buttons felt solid. Navigating thru all games using the buttons can feel cumbersome. With all the emulators out in the wild nowadays you can definitely get something better with games you know and love.

Great little piece of nosalgia for my desk!
Listen, is this a primo retro gaming experience? No. No it is not. But is it a fun, compact little unit that allows you to casually play old retro games for a couple minutes at a time. Some of the games are laughably mislabeled. Some of the games are definitely not as I remember them. Some, I’d never heard of. But most of the 168 are worth messing about with and will bring a smile to a Gen Xer’s face. The controller, while definitely not OEM, connected well with surprisingly no input lag. I’m shocked how much they fit into this tiny package. My 5 year old self would scarcely have believed this if I’d seen it.

    Blast of Nostalgia
This tiny TV is more than just a conversation piece, it’s a blast of nostalgia! It comes loaded with 168 individual retro style games that can be easily enjoyed by kids and adults alike. The dials on the front of the TV control the volume and turning it on and off. The tiny screen on the TV works well and shows detail and bright colors. The coolest feature of this product is that it can be hooked up to a real TV, making the games a little easier to see and play. We’ve had a lot of fun with this product and our friends enjoy it as well.

“Classic games” mostly aren’t clones, can’t add games
I’ll start with the good here. The slime green color is straight out of 1995 and I LOVE it. The fake rabbit ears give it a nice nostalgic touch. A fun little detail I noticed is that the fake dial is set to channel 3, brings me back to childhood.. The screen is nice and clear, uses an old nokia battery in the main unit so it’s cheap to replace and doesn’t need to be plugged in all the time. The speaker is loud and shrill, really that’s to be expected here though, but at least the volume control actually works.Unfortunately that’s about all the good things I have to say. The controller uses AAA batteries instead of being rechargeable like the TV part. It connects no problem but the input delay and/or bad buttons make most games difficult to actually play. The buttons and D-Pad don’t feel too mushy or anything, it’s about on par with the original NES controller, which makes me think it’s the wireless connection that’s the issue. The menu is just 168 games on screens you cycle through, simple but categories would definitely be welcomed. The games themselves are the biggest disappointment, I expected a bunch of reskinned clones of NES or GB games, there is a Tetris clone but most are more like Game and Watch style or arcade games that I couldn’t figure out what they were even trying to be. Balloon pop and solitaire, etc.I know this wasn’t advertised but with a lot of these cheap emulation devices you have the ability to add real games to them. That’s not the case here. The micro-usb (no type C here) charging port is only for charging. There is no internal SD card or any way I could see to add your own ROMs. I’m not docking stars for that, it was never mentioned as a possibility, just a hope I had.My big issue with this product is the price. This is something you’ll set on your desk and use maybe twice ever. Kids without access to any other games might have some fun with it for a little while but mine would get bored very quickly – and it doesn’t help that you have to just guess what each game actually is. The little icons don’t usually match the gameplay and exiting a game puts you back on the first page of the games list. If this was half the price I’d say buy it in a heartbeat just to have a cool paperweight. At this price you can get emulator handhelds that run games up to PS1.
