I have found this removal tool to work very well! The amplified camera is a great feature showing you exactly where the wax is without pushing it further into the ear. It’s extremely useful knowing how far you’re sticking something inside your ear and this setup certainly prevents you from doing any damage.The Bluetooth is easy and quick to set up and hasn’t give any issues (been using for 3 months now).Very reasonably priced and it works.

Great ear wax remover!
This is a great item. Out of the box, placed on charger and was very easy to setup and use the app. Camera is good quality and has a good picture. The device allows with the app to take pictures and video during use.Highly recommend this product over using ear wax candles or a doctor if not warranted.

The concept is truly fabulous
In the beginning it was absolutely amazing. It comes with so many unique attachments and features like being able to take pictures or videos inside the ear in case you have concerns you’d like to show a doctor while simultaneously cleaning gunk out of your ears that you never knew was there. Picture quality was great, use and set up was a breeze, until… one day I turn it on and the camera was so blurry and fuzzy it was almost useless. It was about the 5th use. I was very careful about storing it. I always put it directly back in the box and kept it in a drawer that was hardly ever used for the exact reasoning of not getting knocked around too much. I’m giving this a 4 star review purely because it suddenly not working like it used to could be due to the user and not the manufacturer but it is also a possibility that they purposely design it to not be durable so the customer will want to buy another so they keep prices and durability low.

The ear wax removal kit is easy to use and works great. It’s convenient to view the condition of my ear on the app and I like that I can take pictures and videos from the app. The tool comes with a charging cable, and is effective at removing ear wax. It’s also very easy to clean as well.

Very easy to use and so handy to have. Works just as described. I highly recommend this ear wax removal kit. I was very skeptical of putting something in my ear, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clear the image of the inside of my ear showed up on my phone. The price is definitely right. If you in the market for an aid to help in cleaning your ears, I highly recommend this.

it works really well and there’s no problem connecting it to my iphone. the battery life is kind of short but it should be good for at least 30 minutes of use. the camera is clear and it’s great for the price.
