Very comfortable!
I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I took it to work as a desk chair and everybody always wants to sit in it. The neck brace is really nice and so is the lumbar support. I also appreciate the multiple seat functions, depending on which part of my body hurts at the time.

Massage on Backside of pillow must be flipped
Just got this. I like that you can take the pillow off that holds the massage knobs for preference. What I didn’t realize is that you must flip the cushioned side to face the back to feel the massage handles, you can’t feel it from the front which is soft. This design turned out to be nice though because my boyfriend didn’t care for the massage handles and likes to have just the pillow. I think the rotating/ kneading knobs feels amazing compared to any vibration. Heating works really well only down side is you can’t have just the heating on by itself without the massage. The massage and heat will stay on for about 10 minutes before turning off and you have to simply push the side button on to turn on again, probably for safety. Nice leather and comfortable bottom.

Very nice chair
The assembly instructions could be clearer and that would save time. It took about 45 minutes assemble most of that was identifying the parts and hardware. Once completed it’s a sturdy and comfortable chair.

Cheapest garbage
I needed to replace my 5 year old chair that was worn out, looked at this one and thought it was a good deal and looked nice.the chair itself is comfortable but the arm rests are the worst. One side the foam is loose and slides all over and the other has had foam completely disappear with no trace of where it went leaving a flat spot.The bolts for the back and the arm rests got tight one time, after that they all just move almost freely.one of the arm rests feels like its barley attached to the chair at all and with any pressure whatso ever it bends away from the seat.personally would spend a little more time looking for a different chair.

Very comfortable and easy to assemble. No issues with the sturdiness. The wheels work very well. I have purchased a few things that the wheels needed to be replaced not on this item. Looks perfect with the other office stuff. Only thing I have the smallest issue with is the foot rest could extend out a little further. Very good chair highly recommend. 👌

Overall good chair
The style of this chair is pretty nice. It looks cool and it is comfortable to sit in. The only thing I don’t like about it is you have to be by an outlet to plug in the massage part, and the cord is not very long it would be cooler if it was rechargeable or something. Also, the massage part works better if you flip it around, but then it doesn’t look as cool. The heat function doesn’t seem to work on the one we purchased

Comfortable gaming chair
Got it before the expected delivery date. The material is leather like material not the normal cloth, it feels very smooth. It only took me an hour to assembly. Because my job, I sit for a long time everyday, so I need a chair for both work and gaming. The build quality is very solid, I would recommend this product.
