Got this for my boyfriend for christmas and he loved it and was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes! Very good quality for the price you’re paying for and has good firmness sit back in! The size is perfect for and is it so cool how you can adjust the seat to go back !

Way better then Walmarts chair
So to start it off my husband and I both got a chair in the fabric both colors. His came in super quick and was extremely easy to but together. It did have a slight vinegar odor nothing crazy and it did disappear with the 24 he’s had it. As someone who uses vinegar to disinfect, I actually found more trust in the company.Overall the chair he got over a year ago has nothing to compare. The fabric is comfortable on the skin, the butt cushion has lots of support, paired with the back support he absolutely impressed.

Comfy, Easy to assemble, lousy massager
Bought for my 6’4” 230lb boyfriend as he works from home and needed an office desk upgrade that offered better lumbar support and arm rests. The chair is very sturdy, comfortable and was very easy for me to assemble. Has a great looking design and appears to be good quality for the price. The massage feature however stinks. It’s just a very loud vibrator and has to be plugged in via usb to use which if it worked well enough to where we’d use that feature would be irritating since the cable is very short. I’ll be getting a papillon back massager to replace that part but wished for the price the massager was of better quality.

Phenomenal chair. I say chair cause it’s really all in one. It’s not just a gaming chair is the chair in my opinion. Can’t believe for the price and craftsmanship was possible to even consider purchasing it. The attention to detail is insane. After assembling it I thought it was too perfect. So, I went ahead and sat. All I can say is WOW! I had a top name brand chair which I can easily say with all honesty that this chair blows it out of the water. Hands down.Of course, like any other furniture product there are things to consider. Most importantly your height and weight. The chair description reads 300lbs but not every product out there accommodates everyone needs.Am 171lbs at 5’11 so that gives you an idea as far as the purchase goes.Am very happy with all the features as well as the modern look. One last thing I suggest you swap out the casters for something stronger. A separate purchase but it was worth it.I hope this helps.

Chair of Disappointment
This chair is definitely not built for a big and tall person. I’m 6’3, 220 Ibs and I regret buying this chair. Looks and feels cheap in person, especially the leg rest. The pillows are pointless, I’m too tall for the headrest pillow to be effective and the vibrating lumbar pillow is uncomfortable. The seat cushion is not great but not terrible, very firm. It reclines fine.

I recently retired my old office chair because it started peeling. After conducting market research, I decided on this brand. The installation took me about 10 minutes following the instructions, and the overall quality is impressive. It comes with a back massager, which is a nice feature. I also chose the model with the footrest, which allows me to lay down completely. I am satisfied with this purchase!

Advertised for Big and Tall but built pretty average
Build is fine for the price point. Putting it together was foolproof because the majority of screws were pre-installed. I haven’t (175lbs 5’10”) noticed any squeaking yet. The size of the actual seat is definitely wider than the average gaming/computer chair, however, the height is just average. My head goes way over the headrest and I am not even over 6′. Just seems like a hassle to take it apart and return so I’ll have to live with it. If you want something comfortable for your head/neck/upper back I would not recommend this if you are over 5’9″. If you are overweight or heavier this might be the design for you as it definitely is wider. Unfortunately I’ll have to look for something at a higher price range for my height. My fault at the end of the day for not measuring and just trusting the “big & tall” marketing.Pros: wide, not flashy, not noisy, fabric option is better than fake leatherCons: not a tall back, can’t adjust headrest to go higher as it’s one piece, could use better casters, pet hair magnet

Comfy, nice looking chair.
This chair is comfortable! We picked it because it did not have the racing style back and seat that we worried would be constricting AND that aesthetically, I thought it had a nice look than some other obnoxious looking gaming chairs. It is roomy,comfy, and reclines easily. It rolls and swivels nice and smooth. It was reasonably easy to put together…I did not do it myself but I’m judging based on not hearing any complaints or frustration coming from my husband. I gave it only 4 stars because of the following: Even though it is advertised as big & tall, the footrest only really works for my son’s tallness when he is almost fully reclined. He’s about 5’10”. The head pillow is kind of pointless. Lastly, the massage lumbar support is not being used due to the fact that my son says the cord gets in the way based on how he’s got his desk and game console set up.
