Outstanding monitor for the money. Speakers sounds great, and the 1080p resolution with 100hz frame rate and comfortable screen met my needs too. Excellent ergonomics too. And looks good on the desk. And even has a spot in the back for a streaming stick if that is your thing. Awesome with my work Windows laptop. Would buy again. Very happy with this monitor.The *one* inconvenience is my Macbook Air’s limited compatibility with non-Apple monitors. My setup is a *closed* M1 MacBook Air, hooked up to an HP usb-C dock, hooked up to the monitor via HDMI. While the picture is good, three control issues result:1. No default monitor brightness control other than the physical button on the monitor itself2. No default monitor volume control other than the physical button on the monitor itself3. Cannot use “Hey Siri” when MacBook Air top is closed even if you use an external micAll of this is because of Apple’s walled garden business model. Apple, please improve compatibility with third party monitors. But Dell did a good job. No non-Apple monitor manufacturer could have done any better, I think. Dell has made an excellent monitor, hence still the 5 star review. Bravo Dell.For any Apple owners still reading, well I have found partial workarounds for the brightness and volume control – there’s a third party MonitorControl application available for download on GitHub – but use at your own risk because it’s freeware, and don’t expect perfection or convenience. I had to fiddle with the MonitorControl config a ton and even after that while the brightness is changeable via customized hotkeys I set up, unfortunately I can only change volume with mouse and sliders on the screen.As for using “Hey Siri” with the lid down, well there is no workaround for that other than opening the lid, at least for my MacBook Air M1 setup mentioned above.In conclusion, this monitor is awesome for Windows or even a small streaming stick as long as you are cool with 1080p (I am), but Mac owners realize you might be in for some inconveniences.I’m still happy with the monitor, though. It has everything I need despite the Apple quirks, and I can deal with the quirks when the alternative is shelling out an extra $1000+ for an Apple display or different computer.

Best budget monitor on amazon
Tried a couple different monitors, and this is GUARANTEED best so far (have had 2 for a couple days)Pros:- great stand. Swivels, raises, tilts, everything.- super easy to put together. <2min each- speakers are LOUD and directional (1 on each side). I play video games with no headset on 5% volume.- 2 hdmi inputs allow for console and computer connections- great software with tons of color/sound/brightness customization and easy menu navigation with joystick- I’m not a pro or anything, but the quality and refresh rate is absolutely sufficient for gaming and office workCons:- the power cord is kinda short- literally that’s the only con I can think of

Great Monitor for the price
I didn’t really pay that much for this item. I shipped on time. Arrived within days and was really easy to assemble. Great product for the cost. The one concern I have is the color. I work in a manufacturing shop and it gets dirty, so a white Monitor holder is the the best color choice. Would have preferred Black. Great nonetheless.

This monitor was the best money spent!Not only does it come with a nice weighted stand, but you can easily raise, lower, and tilt the monitor. Better yet, the monitor can go from landscape to portrait position.The sound is great and it came with all the necessary cables.It assembled in 5 minutes and was being used by minute six!

I love this monitor.I initially purchased another monitor that had no height adjustment or tilt.I did not know why such monitors are sold. I returned that and got this.It has hgt adjustment and also tilt.Screen width of 24 inch is perfect and the quality of colors, display all looking great.

Good budget monitor
My Lenovo AIO was suffering the effects of old age, and my computer guy was getting exasperated by my insistence on keeping it on life support, but a comparable new one was out of my budget, so it was back to the desktop life for me, and I needed a monitor. I wanted a good monitor, but I don’t need top of the line, so I was happy to see this Dell S2725HS 27 Inch Monitor.It’s a nice monitor, and setup couldn’t be easier. Snap the stand together, pop the monitor on, and plug it into the computer—literally two minutes of work. Everything looks just as good as my original. It has a better anti-glare surface. (But I’m still a little bothered that the monitor is black, while the stand is white. Weird.)Now, the sound is not nearly as good. It’s fine, but it sounds less full, less deep.Something I didn’t realize right away because I don’t use it often is that there’s no camera. So if you work from home and need to attend a lot of Zoom or Teams, etc., meetings, be aware of that. (on the plus side, if you’re paranoid about that sort of stuff, at least you don’t have to remember to slide the camera cover closed lol)Bottom line: this is a reasonably priced monitor, and if you’re not a gamer or video editor, etc., and you don’t need a camera, I think this would be a good option for you.

It’s works great, very adjustable and the back & stand color are bright white.
When I bought this it looked like from the webpage it was black in front and silver back and silver stand. It wasn’t silver it was bright white. I kept it anyway. The monitor has nice vertical and horizontal adjusments, nice picture and surprisingly good speaker sound quality.

I bought this monitor after carefully reading reviews online and I attest to the fact that it is really good. I like the larger size, the sharpness of the screen and how easy it was to put it together.Definitely a go-to monitor for day to day work. I also use it for design and casual gaming and it does a great job so I can’t complain. It is sleek and looks modern on my desk.

It looks awesome and the in built speakers are great too. Love the swivel and height adjustable features. Resolution is pretty standard and crisp and tons of options to choose from appearance wise. Very smooth in its design and movements/adjustments.
