These are great little computers but don’t let the lights and adjectives fool you. These are the most basic of basic PCs. Outdated and generally only should be used as a introduction into PC. But for the price there are far more better deals

Purchased for my sons as a Christmas gift. When setting up the PC doesn’t have wireless wifi which is a major feature listed. Be careful and check as other items described is not true.

Hard Nope!
I bought three of these with some decent amount of hope, my bad. The first one wasn’t completely wiped and still had a business account on it. The second one caught on fire. We turned it on and about two minutes into the process it started smoking and smelled like a bad bonfire. My husband and I decided not to take a chance on the third, so please don’t take a chance on these refurbished towers. The seller half a**ed the refurb, stuck some pretty lights one the face, some glittery paper on the sides and threw in a cheap mouse and keyboard for good measure. Talk and a polished turd…..

Horrible customer service with defective computer
Computer has an issue with one it’s components. Seller gave unrelated help suggestions. Has dragged it out over a month with no results or solutions. Just asking for the same information over and over. They then said the computer was missing a part yet still have done nothing about it and asked for the same info once again. Don’t waste your time with this company or their products!
