Cheap and effective
I wasn’t really looking for quality or anything, just something cheap that worked. This hits that mark perfectly. They lay flat on my desk with a pretty low profile and provide me with some good speaker sound so I can finally take my headphones off every once in a while.

Great value
I use this mostly for work-related calls and occasionally for music while I’m working. I like being able to manually adjust the sound with the knob on the site. Some other reviewers mentioned that the light is a distraction, but that hasn’t been the case for me, given that it’s very subtle. Connectivity has been solid, the sound has been just fine, and overall, I’m happy with the functionality, especially given the price.

Nice USB powered sound bar
Little expensive for what it is, but it works to add sound to my desktop PC. It connects easily and comes with the cords I needed to do so. The dial is not labeled for the up or down of the volume, but you figure it out. The sound is sufficient for one speaker, and I was not trying to achieve stereo quality. If you are looking for a basic, run-of-the-mill speaker, then this will do the job. If you want something high quality, then you may be disappointed – it is not a Sonos-level speaker, but you also are not paying that premium price.

Great value for the money
First off, the speakers are great compared to anything that you would get in a built in speaker on your monitor or pc. The audio is clear, loud, and with good bass for the size of the speakers. I also love that the speakers are angled at 30° so it can hit your ears directly instead of the wall or the ceiling.The speakers are black and made of high quality, hard plastic which helps with durability if in case you drop it.What is great about the speakers is that it is very easy to connect since it is just plug and play. Just connect the aux cable to your monitor/pc and connect a usb to a power source and done! No need to update or wait for some kind of pairing.I bought myself these speaker because of the price and because having children while gaming with headphones can be distracting.I 100% recommend these speakers for the ease of use, price, and sound quality these bring!

Update: Yesterday I rearranged my desk and plugged this speaker into my monitor instead of my mini PC, which caused this speaker to make a loud, annoying sound every time my computer woke from sleep, which is often during the day.I fixed it by plugging the USB power cable into an unused USB 2.0 port on my laptop. I think the USB port I used previously on my mini PC when the speaker was silent was a 3.1 or 3.2 USB port, but one that is not always on for charging.If you’re having an issue with the annoying sounds, try changing where the USB power cord is plugged in. You should be able to find one in which the speaker does not announce itself every time your computer is turned on or woken up.And Nylavee, please remove these types of sounds in any future release, along with the blue light around the dial. Other than those annoyances, this is a great speaker.——————————–Original review:I love this speaker! It’s a big upgrade compared to the Logitech speakers I had previously been using. The Logitech were only 2.2 watts and the volume was often not loud enough. I don’t have that problem with this Nylavee soundbar speaker. Videos and music sound great, and I usually keep my volume set around 54% now. (I used to have volume set 80-100% or more on my computer when I used the Logitech speakers, and the volume was often still too low to hear some videos.)The other nice thing is that this soundbar is flat and out of the way. It sits behind the little tray that holds my laptop, so I don’t even see it. (The Logitech speakers were often in the way and also were easy to knock over – so I’m glad I no longer have that problem.)The only negative is the blue light that shines from the volume knob. That really should be changed to red, orange or amber colored light. I have my computer in my bedroom, and hate having any blue light at night. I almost sent it back because the blue light stays on all the time. Instead I ended up just placing a cap from a supplement bottle on the knob, since I’ve never used it to adjust the volume since I set it up – I just change the volume on my computer. I used a sticker that was on the soundbar to hold the supplement cap over the volume knob, although I’m sure clear tape would look nicer. (See photo.) That solved the blue light problem, and I’m very glad I kept the speaker. It’s a big upgrade in sound and now I have more space on my desk where I need it!I highly recommend this speaker!

I really wanted to love it but…
I really wanted to love it, but it’s just not good, sound-wise. I didn’t have any sort of high expectations. It was barely an improvement to the built-in speakers my monitor already has. The 2-inch drivers did nothing to improve the sound quality, but rather hindered it because the drivers weren’t getting enough power to fully function the way it should. I even tried to use different wattage of usb power bricks to make sure it got a fair chance but ultimately, it just wasn’t cutting it. I knew it was underpowered because there was some clipping going on. It’s also treble heavy. And even when eq-ing it to maximize bass, it fell short compared to the basic 2.0 Logitech speakers that I got for 12 bucks. To be fair, the voices sound decent and not muffled. They are not clear either but it’s pretty flat and mid, which is perfect for watching videos because it pretty much the only dominant sound you will hear. I gave it a 3 because the build quality is great. It’s pretty solid and feels almost premium. As far as frequencies go, I sounds like it’s probably around 250 hz (that’s what it sounded like to me at least) up to maybe 18Khz. It’s not a bad speaker if you need one but just have your own expectation n the low end. Tbh, u can probably find better ones at the price point this is being sold. I got this for 13- ish bucks but I find that the Logitech ones and even the 10 dollar Lenrue speakers here a better buy. But for build quality, this one is pretty nice, it’s just a shame they didn’t put that much budget on making this sound better.

This is a great speaker. It has much better sound quality than I was expecting. It is also larger and louder than I thought it would be, which is fine with me. I am very happy with this purchase.
