Excellent chair
UPS delivered my chair 5 days early. The box was in pristine condition. First things first. Thank all of you who did reviews on this chair. That is a big selling point for me. I wont buy things that get less than 4+ stars. The chair was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and the assembly tool was ideal. All bolts were included. I would suggest that when you assemble your chair that you DO NOT tighten the bolts attaching the arms to the seat until you have added the back of the chair to the seat. The back of the seat has to fit in between the arms when attaching it. The fit and finish was superb. The holes were drilled straight and in the correct place. I am happy with this chair.

Overall a good chair
UPDATE Feb 2025:Nearly 2 years on now of 8+ hours per day of use in my home office/music room. I’m 180 lbs/6’2″ so not exactly light weight, but also well within the weight limits of the chair. I can say that of 4 or so office chairs I’ve bought over the past 15 years or so from Staples, Office Depot and Amazon, this one has been by far the most durable and comfortable of them all. All of the others began to de-laminate the fabric within 1 year and become so uncomfortable to sit on for lack of cushioning that they had to be replaced at about the 2-3 year point. The seat bottom foam on this chair has degraded maybe 50% in the time I’ve owned it, but it remains comfortable enough for me and I can feel there is still some cushioning left. Surprisingly, the lumbar feature that I originally thought was pure gimmick, actually still works. I hadn’t even thought about it in the past year but noticed the pump balloon hanging down this morning and decided to play around with it. The first thing I noticed was it still air in the bladder from late 2023! Not all of the air from 2023, but it wasn’t completely flat either. The material remains in as-new condition with no seams parting, fake leather de-laminating, etc. Overall, I’m really surprised at how durable this chair has proven in my use case.UPDATE Nov 2023:I’ve had the chair in daily use in my home office now for 6 months. I use it 3-6 hours a day, or more, 7 days a week. The chair has held up well so far. The “leather” coverings are not beginning to peel, as they did on previous Amazon-branded executive chairs. However, the seat has flattened out and no longer has much in the way of cushioning. It is, however, not bad and there’s enough compressed material in the cushion to make the chair comfortable enough for my use.ORIGINAL May 2023: The chair requires some assembly, as expected, but in my case all the holes lined up and were properly threaded. The adjustable lumbar system doesn’t hold air, as other reviews point out, and the hose comes off easily but I fixed that with some small tie wraps.The important thing for me is how well the seat cushioning holds up. My last two chairs – one an Amazon Basics chair and the other from staples both became flat after just a few months. Neither were terrible, but definitely not made with durable cushioning. So far, after 2 months, the cushioning is still “OK”. It was only OK to begin with but it has remained unchanged until now – a good sign.I practice guitar and bass in the same chair in my home office, so the swivel arms are great, and feel solid when down.Overall, I’m pretty happy with the chair. I didn’t expect much from the adjustable lumbar feature, and I didn’t get much, so I’m not disappointed, but think they could have implemented this better

It’s really nice and beautiful. I’m really satisfied. Very comfortable and professional looking. I’m an executive and it looks great in my space. It’s also more comfortable than I expected, and I recommend this chair!

Wife Assembled
Bought this 2 weeks ago for elderly spouse with dementia. I dreaded the thought of having to assemble it. I am the elderly wife whom has RA. Anyway gotta tell ya, it went together well. Directions were spot on. He is about 6′ says it’s comfy and that he is pleased .

I’ve been using the Chair for a few weeks, and it has been a great addition to my home office. The adjustable lumbar support, especially the inflatable feature, makes a big difference for my lower back during long work hours. The thick padded headrest and seat cushion provide excellent comfort, and the flip-up armrests are a handy feature when I need to tuck the chair under my desk. It was easy to assemble, and the chair feels sturdy and smooth while rolling. Overall, it’s a fantastic chair for the price and has made my workdays much more comfortable!

Take it from someone who sits for a living, this is a comfortable office chair! I’m 6ft, 250lb and find that most office chairs cause me to lean forward on my desk because if I sit with my back against the chair, I feel like I’m leaning back too from my keyboard, etc. – Problem solved with this chair! It keeps me in a more upright/forward position which feels much more natural at my desk. On top of that, it’s very comfortable for long periods of sitting, feels quite soft and of good quality overall. The lumbar pump is a nice touch too. You can really feel the lumbar support as you pump it up. I’d say if you’re looking for a handsome, comfortable office chair, this should be high on your list. I’m loving it.
