“Step 2: carefully take out the cushion from its protective textile layer.”However, this black textile layer is the only thing keeping all these small pieces inside. This makes no sense. Product does not expand as expected.

I will first start this off with the fact it took a week to ship even tho I am a prime member.Once this package arrived I had taken it out of its packaging and let it expand for a few days before laying on it but it did not expand to the size advertised in the picture. this thing is so low to the ground that it’s basically like laying on a fluffy carpet. Honestly, the worst product I have ever encountered on Amazon, especially for the price!!!! You would think it was a quality product but it is not!! I am very disappointed with this product. Very deceiving advertisement!!
