Good cheap android phone! Works with Mint Mobile so far.
Bought this for a senior and he seems to like it so far. Just unboxed, set it up, and started using an hour ago. It’s pretty good for a cheap new android phone and relatively easy to set up – was able to wirelessly transfer data from another android device. The only tricky part is trying to put in the sim and SD card since it’s tricky to take the default sim card out but there’s video tutorials online for that (there’s a tiny metal lever you can push towards the edge of the phone to get the default sim card out to replace). Worked with mint mobile sim – I was worried it wouldn’t since there’s no mention of this phone having voLTE but it appears on the top right of screen. But putting in Mint Mobile card, it shows up as “T Mobile.” But calling and data works so far so hopefully it keeps working. Other than that, the max speaker volume is lower than we’d like, camera’s not that good quality and the touchscreen response is slower than most other androids but that’s to be expected of a brand new smartphone for less than $50. It’s fine for very basic needs like youtube, calling, things like that. Overall pretty good for the low price, and the person I bought it for likes the size. Hopefully it holds up!

UPDATE: On top of the typing lag and general lag that comes with a cheap phone, it has stopped working! It flashes when pressing an app to open and goes back to main screen or stays black and I have to restart it. When it’s back on, I still can’t press any app, meaning this is useless! When contacted Vortex laughably told me to buy another one from them. Watch my video. Don’t buy this phone!Standard working android phone. Nice to have as a secondary, as it’s palm sized and light in weight. Typing has bit of a lag, but a minor imperfection is to be expected at this low price. Includes charger and case. A good deal for 40 bucks. Good basic phone.

Nothing wrong with the phone. It just doesn’t work with Verizon. Looks like it only works with prepaid SIM cards, not with a network. Returned. Battery cover extremely hard to open.

What A Poor Phone!
Save your money and buy a different phone! I just wanted a cheap phone, but this is ridiculous! Poor image, poor color and the loading speed is comparable to the old “dial-up”. The battery is pathetic: It drains quickly, and takes forever, it seems to charge. You need to power it off completely in order to conserve the battery. I don’t think a child would even be happy with this as a first phone. Spend a few more bucks and buy something worthy. That is all.

good cheap phone. The setup was easy until I attempted to connect it to my wireless provider. My phone was not compatible with my cell phone carrier – Visible. did not even get a chance to use it. Sending it back.
