I’ve been an avid drone owner/operator for years. When I came across this drone I knew I wanted to add it to my ever growing collection! I’ve spent a lot of time with this drone going over All the features it offers and have been Impressed with its performance. It’s Very Easy to Operate even if you’re new a drone operator/first time flyer. The Auto Hover feature is brilliant and takes all the stress and guess work out of your launch of the drone.The drone will stick/hold the altitude you’re flying making so you’re free to release the sticks on your RC(remote control)at this point! This drone features pretty much all the same options More Expensive drones offer except obstacle avoidance. As long as you’re familiar with the terrain you’re flying in, obstacle avoidance isn’t a big deal and def not a reason for me to pass on this drone!Battery life for me with this drone has been Great! There’s been several times I’ve actually been able to fly longer than the listed 25 minutes per battery. If it’s extremely windy outside and you’re zipping around doing a lot of high speed flying and up and down flying, sure the battery might not get a full 25 minutes of flight, that’s totally understandable and expected. I find the more I fly and drain my batteries, the more actual flight time I’m achieving! The first few flights I was getting 20 to 22 minutes. Now though after many flights, battery life has improved for me!This drone checks off all the boxes for me when it comes to a great drone with good features/options. BUT, what happens if/when I experience an issue with the drone….Having a drone that functions just as you’d hope it would and then some is one part, the other part of being happy with the drone purchase is Service After the Sale!! Customer service is Highly Important to me especially for what a Quality Drone like this one cost!I had approximately one week left prior to my 30 day return policy was set to expire. I had an issue pop up with the drone in this last week of return time! I went back and forth trying to figure out if I wanted to ship it back to Amazon or give Customer Service a shot at addressing the issue. I had read in several other reviews that customer service was good. Well it’s Not just “Good”, its PHENOMENAL! I emailed customer service late on a Saturday. I def didn’t expect a response back over the weekend and figured it would be mid week before I heard back, WRONG!! I received an email from Customer Service on Sunday(the very next day!!)Early Morning!!I want to Spotlight Customer Service Representatives “Smith” and “Joy”. Both corresponded with me via email several times and made me totally comfortable and at ease with contacting them instead of just shipping back the drone to Amazon. They addressed my issues and took everything over for me only wanting copies of my flight logs/records. They sent me links with detailed instructions on how to download those files and email them back to them. I’m as thrilled with Smith and Joy as I am with the drone itself! Both were Professional, Clear, and Concise with ALL correspondences to me! I also want to spotlight others with BWINE that work behind the scenes with logistics and technical support as both did great as well!I’m Very Happy with this drone as well as Customer Service! In my opinion, Customer Service is Equally as Important as the drone is! They took all the guess work out for me with the issue I was having being professional and fast with the entire process! This drone would make a good addition to anyones drone collection as well as to a brand new drone operator. It offers a ton of great features/options and equally Important, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Def Recommend a Purchase!

Perfect first drone
I purchased this as an attempt to get into the drone craze. It has turned out to be an unexpectedly fun and rewarding hobby. I’ve yet to experience a single unresolvable issue with this drone. While I’ve only lost it once due to a tree banch strike, it has been confidence inspiring in its robustness, stability, and responsiveness. I end up being quite the kids’ attraction at the local park. Lastly, I recently had a need to speak to support due to a battery voltage issue. Their support was top notch and unexpectedly gracious. Highly recommended.

My 3rd Drone And I Couldn’t Be Happier & More Surprised!
First of all, I have to say I’m a 70 year old fairly new flyer. I grew up in the model airplane era and frankly, never acquired the “video-game” skills of today’s young people. But what can I say? I love this drone!The first thing I noticed was the packaging. This thing was packed like it was going to the Queen of England. VERY nice intern product package. Inside an extra sturdy, nice-looking inner package. All inside a sturdy shipping box. If the drone inside was as classy as the packaging, it already had me peaked!Very easy to setup. I will admit I watched almost every Bwine F7BG2 video out there. But it was easy and intuitive to setup the drone for flying. The hardest part was the excitement while waiting for the batteries to charge!Following all the setup instructions in the very helpful User Guide, the little video that comes with the Bwine APP, and a few tips from practiced YouTube Bwine flyers, I had it up, calibrated, connected and flying within 5 minutes. Easy-peasy…Off and flying! It was very intuitive in beginner mode, and so easy to fly that it was a quick promotion to ‘full control’ mode. I have to admit I wandered left, right, to and fro for the first flight or two, but that was just my lack of experience. First flight, a success.As for the drone itself? It behaved and responded just as I wanted it to. Came right home on low battery power, settled down easy within inches of the take-off point. The controls are very quick and responsive. It took a bit of practice to keep things steady at my learning pace, because the drone just wants to FLY! The battery life seemed a bit ‘short’ to me (maybe it was because I was so into the flying). Maybe 20 minutes or less. Another quirk was the limit of distance between my iPhone’s WI-FI signal and the drone itself. At about 600-800 yards out (in fairness, blocked by a lot of trees) the first person video on the iPhone started fuzzing out. I suppose I could have gone further, but didn’t want to lose the drone on my 2nd flight. The battery started getting low, RTH kicked in and within a few minutes the drone landed right where I took off. A note here: I noted frequently during the flight that the responsiveness of the drone would ‘skip’ for a second or two. Not sure why, but maybe something to do with my iPhone, the distance, trees, etc. Not enough to mess with the operation, but just enough to be tad bit annoying.The video quality is outstanding. 4K is so clear, I could read my t-shirt easily at 2 yards out. It took very clear stills and pretty smooth videos – better than I honestly expected.I did have to interact with Bwine support which was very easy process and they were pleasant, responsive and got right to the issue. I didn’t have to cry, beg, or contact them 40 times. They were right on it – NOW!I have owned 3 drones, now. I have to say that this my be my favorite. Is it a top-of-the-line Mavic or DJI? I don’t know, I haven’t flown them. But it is heads above anything I’ve used so far. Easily worth every penny for it’s usability, quality construction, ease of operation and professionally packed features.
