I purchased this ear cleaning set and when I received it I was REALLY surprised. It’s VERY NICE. It comes in a nice elegant case , has lots of extensions like tweezers, sponge ear spoons , silicone ear spoons , lens brush, elastic ear spoon and even more ! It also has a protective slide that goes on just so you don’t go to deep into your ear canal. And to my surprise it came with a tongue depressor as well. It was easy to connect you just go to your wifi and connect it from there on your phone, easy as 1 2 3 . The pics are clear and it’s super easy to operate!!! This is IMO totally worth the money

I’ve bought a bunch of these ear cleaners. But this one is by far the best. It doesn’t just come with 1 tip like most others do. This one has multiple tips and also had a pair of tweezers. Very simple to setup just had to download the bebird app. Definitely worth the price.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GO TO THE ER
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!I bought this product as an upgrade from a 20$ ear camera I bought a while ago. The first few uses were fine other than the the product becoming hot sometimes (but this wasn’t the deal breaker). I’m currently dealing with a pretty severe ear infection and a reduction in my hearing. I’m on antibiotics and wanted to see how it was clearing up. I used one of the attachments, stuck it in my ear and was trying to scoop out the rest of the gunk. The component on the end of the product somehow unscrewed or fell off in my ear and I was unable to get it out for several hours. Frantically trying everything i could do to remove the piece from my ear I was eventually able to screw it back on partially and it was enough to remove it from my ear. This product is not safe and I would definitely not recommend sticking it or any of it’s tiny little counterparts in your ear. I wish I took a picture of it broken off in my ear and trying to fish it out but my hands were shaking so bad thinking I was going to the Emergency Room. I will be returning this product 1000% and I have thoroughly learned my lesson on sticking crap like this in my ear. Good luck to anyone who buys this product.

Love this product. Ease and safe to use. Lets you see how much wax is in the ear. Most of it you could remove or alert you that you need a ear doctor

Great image when it connects
Software Engineer here. The unit has great camera but getting it to connect and stay connected to the iPhone 16 running iOS18 is a royal pain. After downloading the app you WiFi connect to the camera and the app will relay the camera vision. The picture quality is great but the connection drops in 15 to 30sec, or freezes so you have go thru the reconnection process. I went through multiple reboot cycles of the app, the phone and the camera wand and it would still not maintain the connection or refuse to connect, so frustrating. Actually I spent more time getting it connected than actually using the camera wax remover. I don’t know if it is just a bad unit, or design flaw that the WiFi signal keeps dropping out. I am actually returning the unit.
