Amazing Battery Life and Performance for Work and School
I bought this ASUS laptop about a month and a half ago to replace my old one, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. The battery life is fantastic—it lasts around 8 hours or more before I need to recharge, which is perfect for long work and study sessions without interruption.One of the standout features is the video quality. On my first day using it, my manager immediately noticed how clear and crisp the video was during our virtual meeting, which was a pleasant surprise. The performance has been excellent for both work-related tasks and school projects..I’m really glad I went with this ASUS instead of getting swayed into buying an MAC. If you’re looking for a solid, reliable laptop with great battery life and video quality, I highly recommend this one.

Failing hardware
First the camera failed. It’s not working any more.Second the display shuts down when I am on multiple displays and if i pull out the plugThird, the sound has no control if connect an external amplifier via the headphone jack.Have not contacted warranty yet. This is my work laptop and now I am stuck. It is just 4 months old.

Load times
Mostly good. Has problems with its ability to load sometime to new tabs. Only happens a few times, only bad if it was more consistent. Overall lived up to expectations high quality laptop.

Wonderful colors, fast, light, build quality feels good, it feels like a quality product.HOWEVER…the battery life is atrociously terrible. It literally lasts less than 4-5 hours on a full charge if you want to use it like a desktop. It’s worse than an Iphone for crying out loud.Sometimes it just won’t turn on and becomes a 20 minute nuisance to hard reset. Sometimes it glitches out when plugging in the charger for a 20 minutes which is also incredibly fustrating.Other than that it really is fine. OLED is beutiful coming from an IPS user. Would reccomend but in all honesty just pay the extra bucks.

Quit working within two weeks, customer service refused to help, Amazon saved the day!
I purchased this product after my last ASUS lasted for years and had been a great computer. This computer completely crashed before I had had it two weeks. I had the extended warranty as well. I called Amazon customer service who then put me in touch with ASUS customer service. ASUS refused to exchange my computer!!! They said they would “repair it” and that could take up to 14 days.Amazon saved the day and allowed me to return the computer for a full refund!! I was so thankful that they allowed me to do that! The Amazon customer service agent couldn’t believe that the ASUS company wouldn’t back up their own products!I don’t know that I will ever purchase another ASUS unless they get better customer care. The software completely crashed. There was absolutely nothing I had done to cause this to happen.

Very nice machine, great keyboard
The keyboard is the best I have had on any laptop over the last 5 years. Screen is vivid but not touch. Battery seem to last very long but I haven’t had a chance to fully test. I got it a day ago and still setting it up. I am very pleased so far. It seems fast and fully functional, I haven’t found any bugs so far.
