Solid Laptop
Pretty good for what it advertises. Gets the job done as promised and overall good laptop for its price. If you’re looking for a long lasting laptop, I’d go with this one for sure.

A Bit Disappointing
A lot of people said this is great for today’s gaming, but it isn’t. I kept getting GPU-related (VRAM) crashes. It’s just not enough. I had to lower the default graphics settings in-game to avoid the problem. In the future, I will avoid the Ryzen from AMD. I like the weight and size, the cooling features, and perks. However, I miss having colors to choose from as my keyboard backlight. This one just does white. It will be OK but I won’t be able to create any content for customized avatars, which bums me out. Gamers who like details, SL users, UGC artists– THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

I bought one and after having it for 2 weeks I got a blue screen of death. After that I bought another thinking I just got a bad one. But after having the second for 3 nights it also game me the blue screen.

Troubleshoot screen flickering / Updated 31-01-2025: evaluation of drivers throughout ASUS’ website.
I had to reinstall windows, I updated drivers and issues with screen when I am opening several (near to 30 tabs with Microsoft Edge and using Microsoft Office, playing videogames like Fortnite) tasks it happened again. I am going to return it if this is not fixed in few days. Updated 31-01-2025: I updated drivers again, and it seems not to happen so far. Unfortunately, I discovered at this point that if you attempt getting support by ASUS this serial number appears as a product from Best Buy, not Amazon. It seems like the laptop was acquired at a reduced cost, enhanced with a RAM upgrade, and resold for a profit. Checking if return it or not…

The amount of memory on this computer is excellent. The only thing is my husband was expecting the keyboard color to change with the 2tb, but that function is only on the keyboard 1tb.

I Can’t Believe This!!! I’m so angry
I bought this product on December 2nd 2024 and received it around December 10th or 11th of 2024. Yesterday on February 12th I had to ship this laptop off to asus to repair it because it won’t boot up properly. These computers have an issue where they will just randomly not turn on one day and people will tell you to “troubleshoot it by holding the power button for 60 seconds and inserting the power cable charger into the machine” but this does not work either. Honestly I blame myself for this and I’m so angry because I did some research but not enough for the $850 price tag. This is the first time I have bought a laptop this expensive with my own hard earned money and I thought I was actually getting a big upgrade from my $500 dell Inspiron but this purchase was sadly a nightmare. I hate asus for what you have put me through and even though I still have to use this computer for the perceivable future, They basically scammed me. $850 for a machine that I have to get repaired by them in 2 months of owning, and this machine only has a one year warranty so when something else breaks on this after this year I’m screwed. I thought this investment was gonna at least last me multiple years. Please DON’T BUY THIS!!!
