Arcade 1up finally sent the missing piece. BUT!
Support finally sent us the M1 acrylic piece that was missing from the box, but it arrived cracked. (It had molded foam to protect it but it still broke). It’s like a bad joke at this point. I’m able to use the piece but had to support it in the corner with heavy tape. I added prizes and decorations to the cab, and all is working as it should. I’m still taking 4 stars away as I feel like I should have been a priority giving I already bought the machine and had to wait over a month to even use the thing. and two, the replacement is broken. Overall, we like it but feel it’s a tad overpriced compared to other cabinets we have bought.–Original–Not able to use it yet because the L shaped plexiglass (M1) that keep the balls from falling is missing from the package. The claw and sounds as well as the lights all work but not being able to use it makes it a $500 + $138 in prizes box ornament. I emailed them and was told I may get the piece when and if they get the part in their warehouse inventory. I’m about to just take it all apart and send it back.

Great Claw Machine
Arrived without any damage to the box. The setup and installation was easy. The claw machine did stop working after a day but Arcade 1Up support quickly responded with solution. No further issues with the fix. Kids love the claw machine and use it daily

UPDATE: After we did what support instructed us to do it has worked good for the last few weeks without any issues thus giving it 4 stars now. Would be 5 if we didnt have any issues as the kids love it. So we bought it and one piece had a crack in it which Arcade 1 support said they were waiting for parts to come and it would be shipped when that happens. The part arrived like 10 days later. Our kid played the machine for maybe 100 drops and the claw stopped working properly. We contacted support, sent them a video and they sent us instructions that also included a video on how to reset the software of the claw arm. It has fixed the issue at the moment, time will tell if the issue comes back. We also noticed the claw arm hits the glass as well when it drops the prize. The instructions need some changes as well to make it an easier build. It is a very fun machine for our kid to play when working properly. When the bugs are worked out we do recommend it for everyone. the video shows what problem occurred.

Absolutely Amazing!
I feel really bad for the folks who apparently received duds, but I’m happy to report that our claw machine works perfectly. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. It took about 2.5 hours to unpack and assemble (probably closer to 3 hours if you factor in time to break down all the cardboard for recycling). While it was time-consuming, the instructions were straight-forward. Everything was well engineered to line up perfectly, a pleasant surprise compared to some of the furniture I’ve assembled.My wife and I have been testing it out for the past month or so, and it was a huge hit on Christmas morning, when our kids (ages 4, 11, and 14) used it for about an hour straight. Three very happy kids and absolutely zero problems so far. I will update this review if something breaks, but for now we couldn’t be happier. It looks very slick and feels high quality, especially for the price, which is significantly cheaper than anything I could find on the used market once freight shipping is factored in.A couple minor notes:-The included plastic balls take some effort and finesse to open and close.-The assembly instructions said not to use power tools, but I used a power drill on the lowest torque setting with no problems.-Some folks complain about the low weight rating. We didn’t bother to weigh anything. We just used common sense, and the claw was able to pick up everything just fine.

Broke after two plays
The claw broke after two plays. Unfortunately, I’m not having the same issue that the majority of people seem to be having with the claw not dropping. The claw drops on my unit but does not release nor retract properly after it is dropped, and to get it back to the starting position you have to turn the game off and on every time. Unfortunately, the claw does not pick up any items as it just releases when it retracts, making this a broken item. This was a Christmas present and returns have to go through the manufacturer and right now there are no known issues that I have seen with my problem, making this a very expensive paperweight.Buyer beware.

Bad instructions, but fun arcade addition
The directions can be confusing as you’re mostly relying on the images to align yourself. But once built, it’s a faithful recreation of a claw machine, albeit easier than the real thing even on scam mode.The balls can be difficult to open and put together, but you can put your own things in there, such as boxes and stuffed animals.If you are a fan of claw machines, I’d recommend it. It’s worth the money and it’s been fun for our family so far.
