Amazing computer.
Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

I bought this computer for my first days in college, figuring that Alienware would be a trustworthy brand of computer to invest in, so naturally, I stumbled across this computer, noticed its reasonable price, and purchased. The computer worked great for the first month before a major problem came up. Apparently, the cooling agent that the computer came with was not enough to actual cool the computer enough, so the computer would randomly freeze after 20-40 minutes of being turned on and would not work until you gave it a hard-restart or unplugged it completely. Sometimes, the computer would even freeze within the first 60 seconds.I ended up going to a computer repair shop and had to pay $150 dollars to get a new cooling agent. This worked… For a while… About 3 weeks later, the problem returned. The computer would start freezing again.I’ve tried uninstalling things, checking the ram, scanning for viruses, it all amounted to nothing.The computer runs extremely smoothly when it does work, but you can only enjoy that for about 30 minutes or so.

Gets extremely hot during games. Has an generic off brand 4070 graphics card.Very bare LEDS / ARGBS very bare.. cpu fan doesn’t even light up.. ram looks like from the 90s.. come on alienware step up to the pros!

Only had a few days so far but so far I love it. Extremely quiet, you can see the Nvidia RTX graphics card logo through the glass on the left side, small enough to fit into most desk lower shelf compartments for towers. Fast performance, Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card handles all of my high graphics-intensive games phenomenally and the graphics quality is superb. Great computer for gaming or office.

The computer as its specified works as intended however Alienware as a Company cannot be more scummy.This computer was listed as on a deep discount for 3,023.99 CDN on black Friday, once the sale was over the fixed price shifted down to 3,099.99 CDNThe computer comes pre-loaded with “Killer Control Center” a bandwidth monitoring software that just ruins upload and download speeds. Webpages took a solid 1.5-2 secs to load, Sea of Thieves would not work because it requires an internet connection to Xbox Live services that the software would deem un-necessary. Delete this program first!! no idea who or why this would ever come pre-installed and turned on.

I was a bit hesitant to order this after reading some of the reviews. So far so good with the unit. I’m not a fan of Windows 11 but am working thru it.I’m using my old gaming mouse and keyboard, not the ones it came with, which seem bottom line basic.The unit seems well designed and I am not upgrading anything as it suits my needs as it is.Set up was easy, just plugged in my stuffs, two monitors and working fine.It is pleasing in design and color formats.Seems quiet enough as well.Was delivered undamaged and solid.I hope it lasts long time without any issues. I gave it four stars since only had it short time of a week so far. If lasts well enough without issues, then five stars.
