perfect for workstation
I swapped out my two screens, which had about the same combined resolution, and I was wondering why I even bothered with changing. But wow, what a difference! Having the freedom to arrange the screen in different setups for various projects is so much more flexible than dealing with two separate ones. It pairs perfectly with my 17-inch graphics pad, too. I was a little worried about the lighting—whether it’d be too bright or too dim—but it’s just right, nice and even. The clarity is crystal clear! I’m not a gamer, so I can’t speak to how it handles high-end games, but for video production, I’m really happy with it. For the price, it’s been a solid investment!

It was a gift for the wife as she is a published comic book artist and needs the best for her artwork. I am now watching out for a sale to buy one for my business and get rid of the 2 27″ screens I have. She loves the screen which has amazing true color and brightness. 2nd to none and worth the money for sure.

Great monitor
I actually purchased this as an Amazon Warehouse deal. I am not a gamer but mainly use this for productivity and work. The item was in close to new condition and I use it with a KVM switch. The feature I like the most is being able to have 2 computers represented on the same screen.

I really like this monitor
I’m a remote worker and my company provided a laptop and a 27” Dell. I replaced the Dell with this larger monitor and I’ve been much more efficient with my work. The color is vibrant, no dead pixels, but the only complaint I have is when I share this screen on zoom, the windows are fairly small. It’s not a big problem since I don’t share on Zoom often but just something I noticed.

DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR !!
We purchased this monitor for a racing simulator in our lobby (business). Here’s the problems we have encountered.1) Dead pixels.. Sent in to Acer for repair and had to pay more than $80 to ship it to them. Got it back approximately 2 weeks later.2) Returned monitor would power up (per the little blue light) but nothing would come on the screen, not even the monitors menu system or splash screen.. Contacted Acer again and they tried trouble shooting it. Dead.. We then demanded a return label for the shipping charges which they gave us.3) Got the monitor back a few weeks later and we know it’s ours because we put a sticker on it. This time, it worked.. and worked great for about 2 to 3 weeks. Just went to boot it up today and guess what.. Dead screen again.At this point, we’re going to demand a refund and if we don’t get it, we’ll take other action.

Purchased this monitor to replace two 27″ monitors. Now I can display three separate windows at one time which makes it easier from working with multiple displays.

Happy with product but
The monitor is great. Love it. This is my 3rd of the same type. I needed this item delivered by a certain date. When ordered I was given a certain ship and arrival date. It took an extra 9 days for it to even be shipped. Not happy and it screwed up several time sensitive things that this unit was to be used for.

Great value for the price, but the instructions are worthless.
This monitor provides an excellent value for the price. I wasn’t looking for anything to blow me away, just wanted to replace my ancient dual monitor setup. I had a standing desk that I mounted this monitor to and I’m thankful that another Amazon reviewer included photos of their mount. There is ZERO mention of mounting in any documentation, either online or in box, for this monitor. If you plan to mount it, you’ll need to use the 4 silver extenders. Unscrew the 4 screws from the back, screw in the 4 silver extenders (longer set on top, shorter on bottom), and then you can use the screws you removed to mount into the extenders.

The only tiny issue with such a wide monitor is that it can be challenging to get at the ports without rear access (tough to rotate such a large monitor for port access) – this is not a flaw of this monitor, just a consequence of the width.

This ultra wide monitor in comparison to its other competitors have no good quality. It feels cheap plastic. Screen resolution also does not seem good compared to the competition.
