Poor quality Item after 30 days.
Audio on this device cuts out or is garbled every time I use it. Tried different USB ports and made sure there is plenty of memory on the PC. Very disappointing!

I love this. I work remote and use my laptop and 2 larger screens, so the laptop sits in the docking station with the lid closed, so it can be hard to hear my coworkers when they call me. This item solved that plus it has the microphone. It works great. The speaker has a clear loud output. It also has 3 usb ports. I highly recommend this.

Update: (+ 2 more stars for customer service)I shipped it back as it did not work and asked for a refund (which was given). I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received! The company reached out and asked if I would like a different one, they were happy to refund and send a second speaker. I only declined as by the I had already went and bought one at Best Buy.Then nothing, it worked then nothing. I tired all of the trouble shooting, tried everything. Glad I kept the box. Shipped back and returned for a refund. 0/10 would not recommend!
