Using this monitor at 2560×1440. Image is crisp, contrast is great, no ‘ghosting’ of adjacent light/dark lines. I use it for displaying software with a great number of options that do not fit well on a lower-resolution monitor. It does exactly what I need, at a great price.Only (slight) disappointment is the separate power supply instead of an AC cord into the monitor.I may buy another . . .

This 27 inch, 180Hz gaming monitor delivers crisp visuals and ultra smooth gameplay. Great value, perfect for Mac Mini
This is the best value you can find for a 27″ 1440p monitor. The screen looks great. It doesn’t have speakers, but that’s OK because I’m using this with a Mac Mini. The only awkward thing is that it uses a power brick, but with the value it provides, that’s not an issue. Would buy again if I need a monitor without speakers.

There is no way to make the screen brighter. There are no buttons to change brightness on the screen. However, the screen is really good and clear.

Review for “Viewedge 27 Inch Gaming Monitor with 165Hz/144hz IPS Panel “I don’t review most of the products I buy, but I try to leave reviews for at least some products that really stand out to me. That being said, I bought this Viewedge 27″ gaming monitor to connect to my Acer Predator Helios 300 using DP to mini-DP cable, in order to try and get a larger viewing area and faster response time to play Battlefield 1942 on my PC. I’ve now been using this monitor almost daily for the last two months, and it is very satisfying. I like the size (beats my laptop’s 15” panel), and with the DP to mini-DP connection, the gameplay is bright and smooth. It also has a higher resolution than my laptop’s 1080p panel, so I’m getting a boost in resolution as I play my game. I’m sorry I can’t get more nerdy with details than this, but for $150 (I was looking for a bargain) I am highly pleased.
