Good so far!
I already put my case on,but the laptop came in decent condition. It clearly had stickers on it from thr previous owner and the right corner of the top has a scratch. Also I ordered gold, but its definitely rose gold. Kinda bummed cause I paid extra, but it’s fine! I’m not going to return it because of the color. It works well. It moves pretty fast and from what I can tell is just fine. I set it up and I’ll see how it goes. If anything goes wrong, I’ll come back and update my review.

An awful stressful experience!
I purchase a Macabook Air that was advertised as being in Excellent condition! Out of the box I started charging it, 20+ hours later it did still not have a charge. The case was scratched and dented, which I could have lived with, but even as I tried to charge it was unresponsive! At this point all I wanted to do was to return it to factory settings and return to seller! However, I couldn’t get any response, so I couldn’t reset it to factory settings! Therefore, I took it to Geek Squad and they could not help me. I then took it to U Break it We fix it, and they worked on it all day and couldn’t get it to work. The tech opened it up and found a hole in the battery, no wonder it wouldn’t hold a charge! The item as damaged and should never have been shipped, obviously no one checked out before selling it! So Beware! My one star was a gift as I couldn’t give it a negative star!

I already have a laptop but it’s mainly for gaming. I also work from home so I decided that now would be a good time to invest in a laptop so I can work on. I’m not gonna lie I was scared because I didn’t want it to have a bunch of scratches so I already told myself if there were too many scratches I would return it and invest in a newer model. To my surprise, it’s in GREAT condition. It also arrived fast. Which I appreciated. It did arrive dead but that didn’t bother me much. It also had a lot of dust on it but I cleaned it off so easy fix. The sound on it is amazing and as far as speed it seems to be fine. I never had a MacBook and it’s definitely different than my gaming laptop so I’m happy I got an older model to get myself accustomed to using it. This would be a perfect laptop for someone who wants to use it to store documents and do work on. I wouldn’t recommend for gaming. It’s practically brand new. However, it did have a dent on it which is hardly noticeable. For $400 you can’t beat it.

I like how promptly this machine arrived: The machine was in like new condition. Only one itty bitty scratch on the outside shell. The machine is smooth and the screen is phenomenal. The sound speakers are also amazing. I saw a lot of poor reviews on you tube about this machine, but this machine performs fine for me and the applications I use like photoshop and email. The price could come down a bit but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Amazing MacBook!
I bought this for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas whom had a TON of expensive items on her list this year. I was shopping on a budget and was able to get this Mac book for her and it is FLAWLESS!! It came wrapped in what appeared to be the original plastic cellophane wrapping around the laptop and the screen and came with a charger and charging block. There was not one scratch or imperfection on it . My daughter was over the moon when she opened it and she said the speed it is has , is faster than any laptop she’s ever owned . This is her first MacBook. She’s so in love with it . She watches movies on it every night also and said that it never lags which was a problem she had with her smart tv and her former HP laptop when she tried to watch Netflix on those . It allows her to play her favorite games as well with no issues . She also homeschools and she is going to use it for her school work too as she said that the keyboard is like typing on air .If you are on the fence about purchasing this – do it . I researched for months leading up to Christmas and was so stressed and I was happy to find this newer version offered bc I did not want to get her the 2017 model with the old bulky charger – if you have teens, you get what I’m saying . This is a 2020 model and has the C charging cord so the charger matches her iPhone and iPad. This is the one trust me!

amazing deal for a laptop
this is an amazing laptop for a good price at first I ordered the gold one but I am ok with the space gray for the same price and I love it I went from a 2008 laptop to this laptop. its a complite different but I like how this laptop is a lot lighter then my other laptop was and will be using this laptop for photo editing and work stuff since I am a daycare teacher at a daycare so there are lots of times I need to get on the Internet and look at different kind of ideas I have to do as a teacher. I also like taking it to church sometimes because we have bible study and I love to use it during bible study. I also use it at church sometimes for my pastor notes during regular service and to use it for our sisterhood get together also

Ok – Not excellent quality
The laptop is ok but it was advertised as excellent quality and that is not the truth. It turns on and it works ok. It has dents and multiple scratches. It runs very loud and runs hot easily. The camera quality is poor. One of usbc ports does not work. I needed a personal laptop and purchased this laptop because I have the same one for work, and I like my work laptop. I think this MacBook will do for now but it is not in excellent condition as advertised and they need to advertise appropriately.

This turned out better than I expected. I thought there were would’ve been hella scratches and bumps since its refurbished but it came with not even one scratch. It’s works perfectly fine. However the battery life is superrr short. It dies quick. It goes from a 70% to 60% in like 8 mins. Other than that I love this macbook. Make sure you guys update it when you get it!

teclas y trackpad en buen estado, la pantalla no está quemada. el único detalle es el rendimiento de la batería que es un poco bajo, dura unas tres horas de uso continuo, el rendimiento general es el esperado, recomendable para uso de ofimatica y trabajos simples a medianos
