Great monitor at an affordable price
I purchased this monitor during a Black Friday sale, and for the money, I don’t think I could’ve gotten a better 1080p monitor. It was purchased as a gift, so I’m not looking at it constantly, but the occasional glances I see of it look really nice.I’m pretty loyal to Samsung monitors for my own setup after using 2 great ones over the last 12 or so years, but after hearing a lot about LG’s really nice IPS panels, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did!I got this monitor at a really good price, and for the money, it’s extremely solid. Colors are crisp and dense, the screen gets fairly bright, and the high refresh rate is nice (although a bit overkill for my predominantly cozy game-playing gf).Being the one who installed it onto a dual-monitor arm, installation was a breeze. The VESA mount is really solid on the back, and it’s light enough that the monitor can support it without much strain. I did not use the desk stand since it was mounted to an arm, but I was especially impressed by the heavy and very solid-feeling metal components of the base and connector.Overall, this is a really nice budget gaming monitor that you won’t regret buying, and I feel like it’ll hold up for a long time.

2 Year Review
Honestly? No complaints. I bought this as a replacement for a rando 42″ wall mounted TV I was using as a second monitor after I moved and this was a game changer. The smaller footprint on a desk was perfect for my new setup. Mostly used this for productivity (CAD modeling) and it was quite a charm using this as a 2nd extended display. Quality would meet all expectations and performance was always reliable. Color accuracy was good, took all of 10 min to setup hardware/ software, the the design language was pretty nice overall too. Never had any issues whatsoever over the course of 2 years. Well worth the price point, probably even more so if you are into gaming. Only downside I would say in my own case would be height adjustability although a riser or mount quickly solves that problem. Recently upgraded to a 27″ OLED from LG and that just blows this out of the water, but even so I’ll probably still use this as an aux vertical monitor on the regular, as fine text is actually pretty atrocious on OLED and this thing surprisingly displays it better. Would recommend this monitor if you’re on a tight budget but looking for something with good performance, like I was when I got it. 5/5

The buttons you are looking for are a joystick underneath, at center.
Nice monitor, two gripes.1. None of the expected control buttons exist, nor is there even a single page insert telling where such might be. Feel around the bottom center; there’s a joystick there. Push in, menu comes up. Even given low margins on monitors, a few sheets of paper wouldn’t have made much of a dent.2. Default setting is some level of energy saving, which turns the overall brightness down if the image is, on whole, dark. Gaming, that is a bit of a hassle, as it also makes the menus and button rows dim. It can be reduced in intensity or disabled, but it is a bit disconcerting until you figure out why your brand-new monitor is suddenly going dim.

Perfect for casual gamer
I said casual gamer but really I clock in a solid amount of time in front of this monitor and a couple months later, it’s great. Keep in mind my review will apply to games and gameplay only as I don’t use it for media consumption or anything of the sort.Colors-great contrast without it being too much. Every single color looks pretty.Refresh rate- I never knew how important that was to gamers until I got this monitor, my kd in R6S went up by 1.2 simply by having better hertz.Value for money? No doubt, don’t wish for anything else.Con: Doesn’t have its own speakers so I needed to buy external speakers, you can directly connect headphones to the monitor which is a little weird but pop off.Overall I love it.

Se siente súper fluido y la calidad del panel es muy buena, los colores son un poco más saturados de lo normal, pero se puede modificar desde el monitor, aunque esa saturación hace que se van más vivas las imágenes, funciona perfectamente para jugar warzone y si se siente el cambio de 70 hz a más de 100 hz una chulada, cabe destacar que el panel me llegó en perfectas condiciones sin ningún pixel muerto o fugas de luz
