Super quiet
I purchased two of these, one for each of the garage doors. They are absolutely amazing. Super quiet, unbelievably quiet. The cameras are great and give me piece of mind. I also purchased separately the keypad with camera to cover the entire garage area. The app is easy to setup and get connect everything. I had the lifts installed professionally. These are so amazing especially for the price (Black Friday purchase). I cannot say enough about how quiet they are compared to the chain driven ones I had before.

Good quality camera
I love the quality of the camera and capability to view live footage from my phone. The garage door works great and is quiet. I am able to open and close my garage door from anywhere as long as the wifi works. I have set up notifications on my phone for motion in my garage or when garage door is opened. Your receive 2 remote openers to keep in your car as well as a wall light switch. The garage door comes with a motion sensor light that turns on and lights up my garage when there is movement. The garage door opener is easy to assemble. It may require 2 people to install if you can not mount to the device to the ceiling while holding the track and motor at the same time.

Great upgrade
I had to replace 3 garage door motors and was on the fence about how much “Tech” I wanted on a motor that I only needed to open/close a door. I bought these on a Black Friday deal so that pushed me over the fence. They work great, super quiet and great range on the garage door remotes. Installation was made easy using the QR code to download the installation manual/video so if you know how to turn a wrench it’s almost impossible to mess it up. The first motor took 40 mins to install while the third motor took 15 minutes. I was able to reuse the existing garage door sensors on 2 of the three doors without any issues. Now for the “Tech” review…The App acts like any other App, when it works it’s awesome, but when it doesn’t it is absolutely frustrating. In my humble opinion that’s just technology and I’ll say that since I installed these in November and it now is February, it’s been working for me 75 percent of the time. I look at it as a “plus” feature so it’s not a deal breaker but I didn’t buy these to “depend” on the app feature. All in all, they are a great motor. I’d definitely purchase again if I had to but only if they are on sale…

The Quietest Opener I’ve Ever Had, And The Noisiest Remote Rattling In My Car
I did the install of this myself and had no problems once I had visited the website and found the instructions. This opens and closes the door even more quietly than a screw drive I had at a previous home. The light is bright and very useful. The camera is great with a clear picture. The app does what you need it to do. Even the wall switch is so smooth and quiet, I’m never sure I’ve pressed it until I see the door moving. The remote in my car though costs this a star. Even though it is securely clipped to my visor, it rattles constantly. I’m not sure if one of the buttons is loose, or if it’s the case.

Perfect
Replaced an 8yr old Genie screw drive with this one because we wanted wifi connectivity and we could not get the genie to work with our car’s Homelink. I installed the opener myself, it was pretty easy. The one step I missed which ended up costing me an hour is the opener will not work until you first set the limits. Its a nice opener, quiet, no connectivity issues, works well. Will probably get another for our small garage.

Easy install, quiet
Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. I purchased this to replace a 20+ year old garage door opener, and this is my first belt driven opener. Wow, are they much quieter!Installation for this opener took me about 3-3.5 hours. I would be faster the second time, but hopefully I don’t have to do another for a while! I did require the extension kit for larger garage door openers. Make sure to measure! I thought the installation was very straightforward and there were many aspects of the process that I thought were extremely clever designs. If you are reasonably handy with tools you should have no real issues with installation. Every step was clearly explained with a large sheet of fold-out directions. No single step was difficult.Note: the ‘camera’ really has nothing to do with the opener. It is integrated into the MyQ app, but practically, it is setup and configured totally separately from the opener. I think if I purchased again, I would just buy any camera and stick it to the bottom of my garage door opener. The camera worked fine for me, and I am good with what it does, but I’m not eager to pay for yet another subscription if I wanted to keep motion capture video.

Excellent door opener
We are very pleased with this garage door opener. Directions for installation were easy to follow and were complete. The quality of the door opener is exceptional and its construction is solid. It is constructed of quality materials. After complete installation, everything works as it is suppose to. I am not a genius by any means, but even I figured out how to connect and program the electronic functions that are available with this unit. During programming and adjustment of the unit everything blinked beeped whizzed and whirred like it should. The security and convenience that it now provides us with is very reassuring to us.(the very brief blinking and sounds are ONLY during the programming process).It is an exceptionally quiet opener when in use.We have wanted a door opener like this for several years, and finally found the perfect one when we purchased this Chamberlain. Thank you Chamberlain for manufacturing and providing us with this fantastic door opener. We are very pleased with your product. It works great!
