I ordered 3 of these for my children and all 3 of them came with no scratches or dents. They looked brand new! Charger that come with them works well. They do not lag or run slow at all. The screen quality and sound is perfect for them to play games and watch videos. I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying again in the future

Works surprisingly well!
The laptop came with plenty of scratches inside and outside which may have been a bad sign of what to come when I turn it on… However, once I turned it on and completed the setup, I was surprised to find out that everything worked perfectly, ..like really good! YouTube often glitches on my $1000 machine, but here I can blaze through it no problem. And get this, it also got a functional touch screen!

Crashed – Stopped working
Worked fine for about a month – started crashing and going slow and then it just wouldn’t open up any apps or work properly . After not using it for about a month I opened it to see if it would work and it doesn’t even come on at all now .

Good and bad…
I’m not a person who uses a laptop very much but when I need it to work I need it to work!! When I first got this I tested everything to make sure it worked and it seemed to. Now that I actually need it, somehow the battery is dead. I recharged it and it works but was a bit annoying it doesn’t stay charged without use. For this laptop to be refurbished it IS in excellent condition tho. Also didn’t realize when I purchased that this was a Chromebook.

Charger is faulty
The computer was a great buy. But the charger doesn’t work. I didn’t want to send back the computer just for the charger so I decided to foot the bill for the charger. Hopefully the owner sees this and will potentially send a charger.

Great buy for a cheap laptop, ok for startup speed, i only need it for word documents anyhow. Only negative i have is the placement of shift key on left side keyboard which is under a search key, it gets annoying when trying to use a capital. Also, when i type, the mouse pad will engage as well because my palm will accidentally touch it, i just alter my typing style higher…other than that, im happy

Lo quería para la escuela y me gustó que ya tenía la entrada HDMI pero cuando llegó no la tenía, de ahí en fuera está muy bien tengo dos dias con ella y por lo que la e usado siento que se baja rápido la batería pero nada alarmante

If I could give this 0 stars I would.. what a complete joke of a company.. purchased two Chromebooks.. both worked for a total of maybe 10min( and not even properly). I hope that my comment deters any future customers from buying from these people.0 out of 5 stars.. what a complete joke..
