I bought two of these phones and they’re by far the worst phones i’ve used. It is extremely slow and freezes up when you try to multitask, like listen to music and send a text message, or use maps. when its booting up, its stuck on the logo for 15 minutes each reboot. the camera takes pics in a different hue, blue snaps as teal etc, worst quality, camera pretty much unable. The specs they listed are disingenuous, there is no way this phone passed quality. It works like a prototype that should not be given the green light to production. To return would cost me too much. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

Worst tcl phone I’ve had
I’ve been pretty brand loyal to tcl for a while they have been great phones for the price. This phone however is super slow. It will freeze typing a text message with all the other apps closed. If I have Spotify playing it slows the music down as it processes. If I open Spotify and maps together the phone will work but maps and Spotify will run super slow and freeze. God forbid I get a phone call while Google maps is open the phone pretty much bricks itself until I miss the call because the screen freezes and won’t let me unlock or answer it

Es un buen equipo, con buena capacidad de almacenamiento, recibí una tarjeta de memoria adicional. Lo cual me pareció Súper. Es un poco lento entre comandos, pero funcional. Los parlantes son una nota, la música se escucha muy bien. Las fotos son buenas. Los sonidos de los timbres me parecieron muy suaves.El tamaño de la pantalla es agradable a la vista y los colores se ven muy bien, muy nítidos.

So slow
This is the third TXL I have purchased, and this one sucks(it’s also the newest and most expensive) it’s painfully slow. I can’t play music and do any other task, or use maps and reply to a text. The phone freezes constantly. Would not recommend.

Difficult to set up doesn’t work as fast as my old Motorola G 8 plus spend you money on Motorola or Samsung
don’t buy it. The front camera sucks, the cell phone came with a charging problem. it doesn’t take 100% charge. and when I put it on the charger that came with it, it doesn’t even want to charge. I’m disappointed. –
