The mic noise cancelation is amazing and after using asus armor create (asus aura) it perfected the mic even more, they are comfortable headphones but because they only surround the ear and dont go alittle farther out they can hurt your ears after awhile, the volume control and mute function is very strange, it looks like a dial but its not its like a switch and a button. Button mutes the micThe sound quality is not what money can buy OUT OF THE BOX. After using asus armor box (asus aura) the sound quality is levels above what it was out of the box. One thing i dint like about the packageing is alot of reviews on youtube about this headset they dont have the wind noise filter, that is included inside the package but they seem to all miss it inside the packaging, its taped to the side of the black box and very very hard to see a very bad place to put that the internal microphone according to my friends on ps4 sounds better then the external mic, you cant plug this headset in the ps4 directly (well you can) if you do they will reconnect and disconnect over and over again because of interference i used a powered usb portIt fixed that problem as far as i know anyhow. Idk if my external hdd had something to do with it or not. But all the reviews on the headset that says the sound quality is bad must not of messed with it in asus aura, thats what makes me love the headsets and i believe it saves the settings done on asus aura to the headset or the 2.4 chip so it applies those settings on your phone or ps4 or anything these are truely amazing, only negative is that the cups arnt bigger and they ant 50mm speakers but the standard 40mm

I provide technical support for banking software and bought these to use on calls. In an office environment, these have worked great at filtering out all the background noise. The sound quality is great and my clients have commented on how much clearer andun-distorted my voice sounds. Please note, you have to attach the boom mic and utilize the USB-C adapter for the AI noise canceling to activate. At home, the noise canceling done a decent job filtering out my dogs barking. They are light and not bulky, look sleak and feel comfortable wearing during an 8 hour work day. I like that the boom mic is detachable so they look good as normal headphones. I’ve been so impressed that I recently bought an additional headset for my spouse to use at work. He’s an insurance agent that uses them all day talking to customers and love’s them. Some of his coworkers have also decided to purchase and have had no complaints.

Works good but AI cancellation has limits
Cancels out most background noise, especially machines and music, dogs etc. But it doesn’t really handle a crying baby. Your best bet if you need extreme wireless noise cancellation is the Poly Voyager 2, but if you just need decent headset and to tone down roommates, HVAC noise, blenders, vacuums, dogs etc occasionally then this is perfect.Biggest complaint was the mute button interprets sound to tell you it’s muted. Huge issue on phones or games because if you mute while somebody it talking you miss what they say and need to unmute to ask them which defeats the purpose.

$40 headphones priced at $200
These are probably the worst set of headphones I’ve ever owned. I’ve gotten better utility out of $14 headphones I’ve purchased at a gas station. The headset is oddly heavy. It won’t hurt your neck but you can feel the weight when you put them on which seems weird because the audio quality is pretty mediocre. Also, the outside portion of the ear cover is very hard plastic which makes it uncomfortable if you want to lay down and listen to music.The two biggest problems with this headset are the audio quality and it loses connection a lot. I’m not an audiophile. Like I mentioned earlier even the tinny cheap earbuds you can grab at checkout are good enough for me in a lot of instances. These headsets have clear audio but no base or seemly any technology to make the audio sound great. The $20 Skull Candies that I purchased before this sounds better and I’m still mainly using them instead. The audio isn’t bad it’s just on par with a much cheaper alternatives.The second issue is pretty annoying as well. This headset loses connection all the time. Each time it does it will beep loudly and the headset will cut out for a second. Even though I’m sitting right next to my computer it will do this probably once every 2 hours. If I’m using it on my phone or PS5 it will do it even more often, sometimes several times in a row. There is nothing obscuring the signal so it’s just a cheap product. If I try to walk from my computer to my bathroom (maybe 3 meters) the headset will cut out or go haywire.The last issue is the dongle. The wireless option is the only useful thing about this headset for me. I figured I can use it at the gym. I ended losing the dongle and there is no way to get another one. Asus doesn’t sell them on their site. You can still use the headset wired but these are going into the closet. The only positive thing I can say about this headset is that it’s pretty good at blocking out outside sound. Don’t buy these for the brand name. I wouldn’t pay more than $60 for these.

it is comfortable, with great sound quality and a clear mic, but the quality just doesn’t worth the money. The first crack was found on the left side after just 2 months of usage, and the second one was found after 4 months. Didnt smash it or drop it at all, it’s just putting on my head and taking it off. contacting Asus now but i don’t think it is covered by the warranty.

Me sorprendió la calidad del producto, se escuchan perfectamente y son muy cómodos, un contra es que se marcan un poco las huellas en la superficie de los audífonos, pero nada serio. otro punto en contra es el acceder a las propiedades del software ya que si se tienen instalados varios dispositivos ROG, no es tan facil la sincronizacion por medio de ROG Armory II, no se si solo sea mi caso, ya que tuve que instalar Armoury Create para entrar a las propiedades de ecualizador y activar cancelación de ruido, pero con un poco de tiempo y paciencia pude configurarlos a mi gusto.
