I ordered this digital vlogging camera from Amazon Vine, and it has been a fun little device to use. Impressive features for the price
I grew up before cellphones, at least the nice ones with usable cameras, when most people had these sort of point and shoot digital cameras. This brings me back and would have been definitely considered one of the nicer ones out there. It hurt my pride a little when the teens called this a ‘vintage’ camera, but it’s great for them when they are out to pass around and take photos with even despite most of them carrying iPhones and the like. I wasn’t sure what to get and was expecting the worst at this price, but I’m really honestly impressed with how well this thing works right out of the box and has plenty of settings to play with that go beyond your basic point and shoot. It also came with an SD card already inside which is honestly such a nice touch.

An actual useful cheap camera, 8 megapixel sensor
This camera has an 8 megapixel sensor of medium quality. That alone makes it worth the cost, as cheap cameras normally give you a VGA sensor (0.3mp) bloated out to absurd resolution to make giant blurry images.Tips:1. Set it to 8mp. Larger settings do not improve detail.2. Set the “sharpness” to the lowest setting, which is the unmodified image. mid/high looks bad.3. Set image quality/fineness to the highest setting.4. The “anti-shake” is just an ISO booster, with larger range (auto adjust up to 3000) than the manual ISO setting (400 max).Good:SensorAbility to turn off date stampHas a macro mode switch (fixed focus at about 4 inches)Be aware:It’s not a real flash, just a LED, and is kind of useless.It does not have auto-focus, although its normal/infinity setting is set properly from the factory and clear across a wide rangeOverall it’s good for a very cheap camera. It takes very acceptable non-zoom outdoor pictures if you really need a non-phone camera. It’s also a good option if you want to give a child a “beginner” camera which loosely functions as a real one and can take pictures you might actually want to save, not a barely-working toy.

This is a decent digital camera that’s pretty reasonably priced. It’s probably too “basic” for those a bit more technologically inclined. So, I’d probably give this to a teenager or my grandmother due to its ease of use. The camera comes with a memory card, wrist strap, lanyard, soft carrying case, USB cord and directions. So, it’s all pretty straightforward. I’d also say that this seems to be geared towards girls? This is super great. I think it would make a great gift, too.
