Overall pretty great
They are comfortable, noise canceling and minimalist stylish. The sound quality is great for gaming. The only thing that I feel was less than expected was when not gaming, I do listen to music when doing other task on my laptop and that was a slight let down. I feel that they should have better sound quality for that purpose considering the price point. It’s not terrible or anything, but definitely could be better. The placement of the controls are ok and easy to use. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Decent headset
This was a big upgrade from my cheap headphones. I had one headset that I used until it literally fell apart, so I was in the market for something with a higher quality. So note that I’m not a headset power user and don’t have a lot of competitor headsets to compare it to. That said, I really love this headset. The quality of the headset itself is solid and good so I’m not worried about it falling apart like my previous headset. The sound quality is good enough for me, as well as the noise cancellation. The headset is really comfortable to wear with the soft pads. I also didn’t have any major connection issues.Design wise I think it’s alright but didn’t blow me away, I think visually it looks a little awkward, like it’s sleek and bulky at the same time. But the all-white is nice looking and I like that they don’t look like typical gamer gear, so I can just use these for everyday use when I’m not gaming. They do seem a little expensive though ($220 at time of review), and I’m wondering if there are other headsets you can get at a similar price that might be a little better, especially on sale. If you can get this one on sale I think you’ll be happy with it, but at full price it might be worth doing a little more research.

Eh
Mic quality isn’t that great. The wired ones I bought my son 2 years ago have better mic quality than these… waste of my money.

Worst product I have ever received!
I REALLY wanted to like this headset. But sadly, this is just a horrible product. Tried literally everything to make the POS connect to my computer and couldn’t make it happen. After an hour of trouble shooting I gave up and reached out to Dell support to see if they could fix it. Fast forward another hour of Dell remote connecting into my pc and downloading 100 new drivers, softwares, updates etc they still couldn’t figure out why it didn’t have any sound. The Dell guy just eventually told me to return it lol. This is NOT a plug and play piece of equipment, it REQUIRES a new PC to use it. My PC is only a few years old (Alienware Aurora Ryzen) and that is not supported by Alienware Command Center version 6.x. Won’t they do not tell you is that unless you can download Command Center 6.x you have zero control of various audio features and mixes. I asked Dell when support will role out for my PC and they said, and I quote “probably 3-4 months”, I wish I was making that up. I am not a fan of a headset that requires me to download multiple applications to just use it. I will be returning these and happily never buy another Alienware pc or equipment again.

Nice all white wireless headset
The Alienware Pro headset is a nice looking all white headset with good sound quality and comfort. The leatherette covering for the ear cups and both sides of the head band have a pleasing texture and I like the appearance. Construction is otherwise all plastic. Color matching between all the bits and leatherette material is decent (but the mic foam was way off). The comfort level is high for my head size and shape. The things I noticed most were the low clamping force of the headband, relatively low weight, and soft ear cups. The leatherette material has a great texture and is very comfortable, but doesn’t breath and can lead to moisture accumulation over longer sessions. I still prefer leatherette over mesh, but it’s a trade off, better texture for less breathability. While the low clamp force makes them comfortable to wear, the bass response is tempered by it on my small head. A gentle press on the outsides of the ear cups results in a much better acoustic experience for me. The ear cups detach fairly easily (you just rip them off, then snap them back on) so using replacement pads with thicker ear cups, the clamp force could be adjusted.Sound quality out of the box sounded good for most music, but I didn’t enjoy the profile while gaming. Using the Alienware Command Center, or other audio software, EQ profiles can be adjusted. The spatial sound performance was good on these headphones, and when using an equalizer the gaming performance was excellent. I felt like some of the ultra low frequencies were missing a bit, but the bass performance was good otherwise. Highs are crisp and clarity is good overall.Sound quality on the mic was good enough for voice chat and conference calls. Some of the highs and lows are missing giving a less accurate recording, but it sounds fine for a removable mic.The ANC worked fairly well and reduced the background noise levels. A transparency mode is also present so you can hear your surroundings without removing the headset. Even with ANC off, these do cut out a good amount of ambient noise. A button on the left ear cup toggles between the 3 modes. Both the dongle and bluetooth connects paired as expected without issue. The range was pretty standard falling off around 20m when walls are present.Overall I like this headset. It’s very comfortable, looks real nice, and the sound quality is solid for a wireless set.

Very comfortable to wear during long gaming sessions. Sound quality is good, the mic is serviceable. ANC is doesn’t cancel out a lot of background noises (Compared to my Bose QC 35 II). But overall a good gaming head set if you get it on sale.
