despite description saying it is, my boyfriend has same headset and it comes with compatible usb ports for the C port to connect to, this headset doesn’t come with it. Can’t use it at all, i will be returning this

The dongle is USB C. If you are thinking these will work wirelessly out of the box on PS4 you are wrong.Box states PS5 only. There is no USB C Jack on PS4s.

Sur le site il est écrit que l’on peut demander de l’aide pour la configuration ou de l’assistance. J’ai même pas reçu le manuel d’utilisation et si je veux de l’aide je doit appeler le fabricant car le vendeur dit rien pouvoir faire. Le fabricant il parle seulement anglais alors débrouiller vous. Le produit et une poubelle si ont peut pas l’utiliser.
