This was a great price. It took less than one minute to set up. I just wanted it to point out the car and it certainly does the job.

Ok I had questions about whether this came with a trial of the cloud service as it is not mentioned and I knew this didn’t have the sd slot. No reply for 2 days. Finally I get an apology letter saying once you get (so now I have to order) to give them the serial number. I asked why needed no response. But I took a chance and ordered it and once received I GAVE SERIAL NUMBER. Well a few hrs later I see on the app a 180 day card was added for the service which I thought was very considerate that they did that for me considering I bought it blind not knowing if it had a trial. Well after enquiring about how to use the card it mysteriously disappeared and now no response from seller in regards to it or any questions. But I have limited features but after digging similar ones reviews I found 1 mention of a month trial so I guess I am on that as they will not respond. .I’ll find out in a few days and I have to be honest, it is a nice camera with good software and battery life. But the support is what brought it to 1 STAR and thinking of returning it to Amazon for the swap as they did I believe to be unethical. You do not give something only to take it away. At least not in my book.

Easiest setup, beautiful quality picture, works way way better than the 2 spotlight camera the M9. Crisp and clear voices and sounds. Great low cost.

You have to pay for play ack of videos
So most times when you purchase a door camera you get the video playback for free. This product does not have free video playback which is misleading as you have to pay for a subscription for a year to review any playback videos.

The apps not great you have to pay for cloud storage to see old footage, it takes forever to load as well.However the price is definitely worth the camera, the battery life is great it’s been weeks since I charged and it’s still at 89%The night vision works great and quality is great could use better app

I was surprised with the video and the audio bc the price was really good the only thing is you have to pay for subscription to look at the video the camara record
Absolute garbage! It’s hard to set up, the app is trash, and the “cloud storage” that they try to bully you into buying is questionable at best. Even when you do sign up for the cloud storage it still doesn’t work. I can’t watch ANYTHING in real time. –

Even after I let them bully me into buying their crap cloud storage this thing still didn’t work. I couldn’t watch anything in real time. It’s hard to set up, the app is terrible and the few vids that I didn’t manage to get are HORRIBLE quality.
