Got this for my daughter for her birthday, everything was great except she couldn’t get the headset to connect to the Bluetooth on the PC and when she connected it to her phone, the mic didn’t work. The sellers contacted me, unprompted, and asked me how the product was so I told them about the issue with the headset. They immediately started taking steps to fix the issue and send my daughter what she needed to have a working headset. They were helpful and quick in resolving the problem and I would recommend this product to all my friends.

Do NOT waste your time with this
I purchased this for my sons 10th birthday. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon! I would give 0 stars if I could. It was advertised as Wifi compatability. It kicks in and out continuously for no reason. It took a whole day to download Fortnite just to receive an error about needing a D3D11 compatible GPU so can’t play that game. Next, the monitor starts to tweak out and not work. Let’s not even mention this device is OVER 10 YEARS OLD! No longer supported by Dell. Amazon won’t help troubleshoot and neither will Dell. I spent over an hour trying to get tech support for the past two days. I’ve requested a refund because of this.

The computer is good
The computer is good but the display is not so good as it’s a standard VGA although the adapter is DVI-D. VGA is analog while DVI-D is digital so the digital should be better. Other than that I am happy with it and it’s doing the job for me. It’s got four USB on the front and four USB on the back so you can plug a lot of stuff into the machine.

CORDS NOT INCLUDED…WOULD NOT EVEN TURN ON!!! WRONG INSTRUCTIONS IN PACKAGE
Shipping was fast, but product was a huge disappointment. Had to purchase additional cords, waited an additional day because was not informed that I needed to purchase additional cords. Received the cords, monitor came on for 5 seconds and displayed no signal. CPU turned on for 5 seconds and turns off.(Did the twice now will not turn on) Instructions in the box do not go with the product purchase. Please reconsider before you purchase. Hopefully company will return full refund and make this right. Very disappointed.

Ordered a new i5, got an 11 year old computer instead.
Do not buy unless your ok with a older PC made to look newer. I bought a Dell Optiplex from them back in May, an i5… that turned out to be 11 years old! All of these are the old Hasbro cpu’s from 2013. Mine winded up being a i5-4570… which is a 4th gen computer which is old af. I can’t play any newer games on it. They also lied about my RAM being DDR5. It’s actually DDR3 RAM. And the 24″ STG Monitor they sent me died after only 7 months of use. I just had to buy a new monitor. The manufacture date on the one they gave me was from 2022, so even the monitor they sent me was used and faulty. I really hope this gets posted, people need to know about this so they don’t get screwed like I did. Had I known I was paying over $300 for a used 11 year old computer I would have went somewhere else.
