This is a great size metal frame L-shaped desk with a monitor riser and shelves! Great for a gaming use, work, kids desk… Love the sturdy metal frame, yoop has a nice finish, the cat stuff is cute but I don’t need it LOL. This a great size if your limited on space too, maximize your space as this fits into a corner, helps provide a more open feeling… This is simple to assemble and sturdy, the 2 shelves are perfect, there’s a side pocket, the riser is height adjustable.The included power plug might be nice, but after reading some of the other reviews and the electrical issues with it, I’m not using it. I’ll use a standard surge protector for my stuff. I’ve actually had a surge protector explode and catch on fire before! Luckily we immediately knew as it was in the living room and I was able to yank all the cords out, unplug it and I sent it flying out the front door into the yard! No idea what caused it either.. if it was an actual electrical surge, it was daytime with the weather beautiful out so no lighting strike, or if there was something wrong internally with the surge protector.Regular price $ 129.99 per the listing, on sale $ 99.99.As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. Great desk, UNSAFE outlet!
I loved this desk… until I had to plug in the computer! The second I plugged in the monitor, it quite literally exploded in my hand and tripped the breaker.I bought two of these and putting them together was incredibly simple and they are very sturdy desks. They are the exact size I need them to be and fit perfectly side by side for my two daughters. The colors are perfect and the coating on the desks is also perfect for my children. It’s slick and easy to clean. The cat decorations are perfect and my kids were very excited when I built these.I am now terrified to allow them to use the desks because I have never had a plug explode in my hand before! If that was one of my kids, they could have panicked and been seriously injured. I will be removing the outlet and covering the hole with something else, which is incredibly unfortunate because that’s a large part of the reason I wanted these desks and it isn’t functional. I should have known better when I put it together and realized it wasn’t grounded, but didn’t think about it at the time. Be SAFE and do not expect this desk’s outlet to work!!
