Don’t have to pay to have security
I’ve been installing these on my house now for over a year. At first I had a few glitches with them like the colorization went out on one and another wouldn’t hold charge but after those first few I haven’t had any issues since. They are easy to mount and get set up, install the app on phone and finish the install setup is super simple, it guides you through it. Adding one on is really easy. There is a pay option if you want to save you videos longer than a week, I really do t need it so I’m pleased to just have it to monitor. You can capture photos download, email and save videos to phone , computer.. it doesn’t come with a card but I haven’t ran into ever needing one in over a year of having this camera.

Inexpensive, easy setup, wonderful customer service
I needed 2 cameras to do a timelapse recording of a landscaping project. I settled on the GMK Security Camera Wireless Outdoor because it was rated for outdoors and ran on battery, just what i needed. I set up the cameras at home before heading out to the landscaping area. I followed the instructions and it all went smoothly. There was a firmware update, but it timed out when I tried to update.They still worked so I was not concerned.I took them to the site and got one set up, I had to connect it to a different WiFi network, and was able to do so with the app. For me , it was straight forward and easy.An issue came up with the 2nd camera. It would not join the new WiFi. I tried all the troubleshooting tips, but could not get it to connect. That is when I contacted Customer Support from their website.I placed the helpdesk ticket at night and had a response via email in the morning. I responded to their inquiries and after a few back and forths, they bumped it up to another tech. It was determined that my failed firmware upgrade had corrupted something and they would send me a replacement.CS emailed me with another possible solution which was to install the firmware manually through the SD card. It worked! I never felt that I was forgotten or that they didn’t care, just the opposite. The emails back and forth were with an actual person and with an actual sense of humor.I will buy these again if needed.
