Hardware is great, Software needs work.
The keyboard looks fantastic and feels amazing to type on. The key switches provide a satisfying tactile experience, and the build quality feels solid. While the keyboard has some heft to it, this only adds to its premium feel in my opinion.The RGB lighting is a great touch, offering various settings to customize the look to your preference. I also love the customizable buttons, which add a lot of flexibility. However, I’m still unsure about the oversized “Super Buttons” that come with it—I don’t see myself using them often, but I’ll give them a try when the right situation comes up.One aspect I wish were different is the layout. I’m used to having a numpad on the right side, so the shorter design is an adjustment for me. That said, I’m looking forward to getting used to it.Battery life is another highlight. It’s rechargeable and reportedly lasts a long time, which is a big plus. However, the software could use some improvements. The interface appears to be in Chinese (or another language), and some of the wording choices—like saying “SURE” instead of “YES”—gave me a good laugh. It’s functional, but I hope for better localization in future updates.Lastly, I wish the matching mouse had been bundled with the keyboard. I’m not used to spending so much on keyboards or a mouse but after getting it in my hands I am starting to see the value. I now have the mouse pre-ordered.Overall, I’m very happy with this keyboard and I’m glad I made the purchase. It’s a high-quality, stylish addition to my setup with only a few minor drawbacks.

Dead backlights and awkward software
Beautiful keyboard held back by unintuitive software and faulty quality control. The color of the keyboard and even cabling is flawlessly reminiscent of the original Xbox. I was very surprised the cable wasn’t a generic black cable but the familiar translucent metallic green cable as the original duke controllers.About two weeks into use, the green LEDs of the z-row stopped working making most effects very odd. I hoped it was a firmware issue so I downloaded the software and did the updates. It is definitely hardware, but after using the software I am returning the keyboard instead of opting for a replacement. Some of the controls are unlabeled and a quarter the messages on the English install are still in Chinese, while some of the others are poorly translated and can do something other than what they say.Feature-wise, the software is actually good and if they put in some effort on the user experience it would be great. You can reassign any keys and the keyboard has two Hotkeys next two the right control which is neat.Some complained about the keycaps being unreadable with backlighting on. I actually feel this is a feature. It is a classic flaw of many early gamer peripherals that had internal lighting and to me makes it feel more aesthetically accurate. I kinda wished they included alternate arrow keycaps to match the rest though.

Good keyboard but the software you download is garbage
The software you have to download for profiles on the keyboard is terrible it’s slow to react and it only worked once for me the error message that pops up is in Chinese so I can’t understand it. Also it won’t uninstall from my PC for me to redownload it this is ruining the keyboard for me
