Great Camera – Easy set-up and install
My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I don’t use the two-way audio, so I don’t have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

Great quality, user friendly
I am so pleasantly surprised with how good these cameras work considering the affordability! I bought these to use as a new baby monitor because I was spending a fortune and they would last about a year! We’ve had these for a few weeks now and hoping they have longevity to them!They connected without issue for me and they cover a lot of area, the picture quality both daytime and night vision are great! I love that they can rotate 360 degrees and can be mounted or stand free. They have a record feature which is awesome! I haven’t set up the cloud storage (not sure if I want it) but I looked into it and was surprised how cheap it was! I love how simple the app is to use making set up a breeze as well as having so many features. Also there is an option to view all or some cameras at once which is great considering I am using these as baby/child monitors at night and it’ll be a big help!The only things I would change is maybe a slightly better sound, I can hear mostly everything fine but sometimes it’s a tad quiet depending on where the kids are in the room but it does not disrupt me being able to hear enough of what’s going on and most of the time it’s of no issue. I love that you can share the camera viewing with people and can allow and disable certain features for other users however there isn’t an option to let users move the camera around which I would like for my husband to be able to do.Overall I’m thrilled with these cameras and I think they are incredible all around!

I am beyond impressed with the Cinnado 2K Home Security Camera! The video quality is crystal clear, both day and night, and the 360° motion detection ensures that every corner of my home is covered. I have one camera monitoring my foyer one covering my front door, one covering the play room and another keeping an eye on my kitchen, and the coverage is fantastic (see attached pictures!).What I love:✔ Super Clear 2K Video – The image is sharp, and the night vision is excellent.✔ Reliable Motion Alerts – I get instant notifications when movement is detected, which gives me peace of mind.✔ Two-Way Audio – I can easily talk to my family or even tell my dog to get off the couch!✔ Easy Setup & Works with Alexa – Setting it up took just minutes, and I can view the feed with a simple voice command.✔ Multiple Storage Options – I use an SD card for 24/7 recording, but the cloud option is great too.This camera exceeded my expectations, and for the price, it’s an amazing value.
