Señores no se les ocurra comprar esta lapto . No me dilato ni 6 meses cuando ya no me carga ni enciende . Fueron 700 dólares a la basura . Y ni amazon ni el vendedor me dan respuesta .Actualización : resulta que después de comunicarme con el vendedor . Simplemente se lavó las manos y yo no puedo hacer uso de la garantía porque no me encuentro en los Estados Unidos . Y se supone que HP es una empresa internacional con técnicos calificados que residen en mi país . Así que solo queda tirarla a la basura .

La laptop en si es calidad-precio, es muy buena laptop la he usado mas de 1 mes y no me quejo, he jugado PUBG con bajos recurso que es el modelo que se juega mejor va mas de 100 FPS, Valorant configurado a bajos recursos mas de 150 fps sin problemas, entre otros juegos y va bien, eso si se calienta como cualquier laptop deben tener en cuenta eso y si es posible cambiar la pasta termica por una mejor cuando se acabe que yo siento seria cada 3 meses pero mejor checar la garantia hantes de habrir el equipo por que si tienen alguna falla meter mejor la garantia todo depende a cuanto uso le den si es uso tipo oficina no es tan necesario pero si la usan para jugar mas que nada si se debe cambiar por lo menos aparte tener una base para que se ventile mejor el equipo.
