Good customer service. I don’t recommend this chair for long gaming sessions
This chair is super cool – the light feature is neat but the chair is uncomfortable. Maybe for a younger tween but for any kind of long gaming session this just isn’t it. You get what you pay for so I was not entirely surprised. I will say however that customer service is decent, they accept returns but deduct shipping of $25. Lesson learned that some things are just not best for the bargain. Switched back to the gaming chair I got at a big warehouse store. Not as “cool” but more comfortable.

Fairly simple to assemble, feels sturdy, definitely a nicer quality chair than most, I like the cloth, much more durable than faux leather, only complaint is it eats batteries, would recommend you use a long usb in outlet

Works great, has small flaws
Not to hard to put together (a second set of hands helps). It genuinely feels strong and comfortable. The rgb lights are way better than I imagined. This is my first gaming chair, only flaws I had was a broken plastic peice that covers the piston and the back massager is pretty sub par. But other than those two things I really like it and hope it lasts a long time. It arrived fast, had all the parts and was packaged pretty nicely. Hopefully this helps some out.
