I think this a great buy for the phone itself. It’s unlocked, I had no problem putting in my old sim card & getting everything switched over & set up. I love the amount of storage space but the pen does have the glitch that was mentioned in other reviews. It will notify you to reconnect your s-pen when the pen is still in your phone & has never been disconnected. I believe there is a way to stop these notifications but I’m not anal about it & I’ve lost my pen twice before & they are the reason why I like these phones so I’ll leave mine how it is so I can check on my pen no matter what. Also good price if you ask me, the camera has a good quality & the photos come out great. I thought the screen protector was weird as there’s a hole in it for your finger print but the screen protector seems to break fast so I’d definitely order some backups just in case.

I have only had the phone for a day but I am already impressed. It looks brand new, I cannot find any scratches or dents on the surface of the phone at all. Everything works perfectly. I was a little skeptical about buying a used phone that’s 3 years old but I am glad I did, it’s definitely worth the money.The phone is running smoothly and all features work. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected which was awesome.I would definitely recommend this product and this company to everyone looking for a great quality used phone.

Upon receiving the phone it was in beautiful condition very clean and it came with the samsung battery and Pin for the sim. Unfortunately the phone was not turning on, nor charging and glitch hing slightly. I called the number that came with the phone and the person addressed the situation quickly and efficiently, there were no problems in communication and turn around time. The (new device) works efficiently, it turned on and is doing what it’s supposed to. I bought it on behalf of my mom so I’ll update with a feedback after a month.
